PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining, and processing at the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. PTAR is headquartered in Jakarta and employs over 3,000 workers as of 2024, with more than 99% being Indonesian citizens and over 70% recruited locally. The Martabe Gold Mine, located in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, operates across 646.08 hectares as of December 2024. Since production began on 24 July 2012, the mine has processed over 6 million tonnes of ore annually, producing more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1–2 million ounces of silver annually.

The Martabe Gold Mine operates under a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) with the Indonesian Government. Initially spanning 6,560 km² in 1997, the concession area has been refined to 130,252 hectares (1,303 km²), encompassing South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies.

As of June 2024, the mine’s mineral resources were estimated at 6.1 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver, while ore reserves were calculated at 3.2 million ounces of gold and 32 million ounces of silver.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – LEGAL (GDP – Legal)

This position will be based at the Jakarta Office within the Legal Department, with direct reporting to the Legal Staff.

The Graduate Development Program –  Legal is to:

• Administer all Legal Department activities.

• Administer all Company documents, including company deeds, permits, and/or cases involving the company.

• Update laws and regulations that impact the company's operations.

• Conduct research and/or legal studies on applicable laws and regulations related to the company's operational activities.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MINE GEOLOGY

(GDP – Mine Geology)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Mine Geology Department, with direct reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist.

The Graduate Development Program – Mine Geology is involved in geological development of the mining area and daily grade control activities. Provides accurate geological field data to be combined with the designed ore block, and also assists the geologist in all technical purposes, under close supervision.

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Geology.

2. Fluent in English both written and spoken.

3. Understand and comprehend geology in general, including rock identification, geological mapping, laboratory analysis, etc.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the CPMD Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent – Corporate Planning & Management.

The Graduate Development Program – CPMD is to:

1. Supporting organizations to improve business performance by formulating, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing strategic management policies and activities (PDCA cycle), as well as providing business consulting within the company.

2. Supporting organizations to improve business performance by implementing a quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 within the company.

3. Supporting organizations to improve business performance by implementing innovation management activities within the company.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Mining Department, with direct reporting to the Senior Supervisor – Mine Operation.

The Graduate Development Program – Mining (MIN01) is to:

• Support the operations team by helping to plan, monitor, and optimize daily mine activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

• Support the operations team in developing safety systems, identifying safety risks, and ensuring mine operations comply with applicable regulations.

• Support the operations team in collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational and safety performance data to support decision-making.

• Support the operations team in communicating and monitoring contractor compliance to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MINING (GDP – MIN02)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Mining Department, with direct reporting to the Engineer – Short Term Mine Planning.

The Graduate Development Program – Mining (MIN02) is to:

• Assist in preparing daily and weekly mine plans aligned with production targets, equipment availability, and ore quality requirements.

• Assist in designing pit sequences, dumping locations, and stockpiles related to short-term mine planning to ensure alignment with medium- and long-term mine planning.

• Assist in clearly communicating and coordinating mine plans with all production-related departments, such as Mine Operations, Survey, Geotechnical & Hydrogeology, Mine Geology, Processing, Mine Project, and contractors.

• Assist in monitoring actual performance against plans, and providing variance analysis, improvement plans, and operational recommendations.

• Assist in supporting operational activities to manage daily challenges and adjust plans as needed in the field.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with pit design parameters and geotechnical constraints.

• Assist in comparing planned and actual production (tonnage, grade, and location) to identify any deviations.

• Assist the Mine Engineer in preparing daily and weekly reports.

• Assist the Mine Engineer in ensuring that all short-term mine planning complies with safety, geotechnical, and environmental standards, particularly those referring to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 and the principles of good mining practice.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the MPDSE Department, with direct reporting to the Manager – Project Execution.

The Graduate Development Program – MPDSE is to:

• Ensure the achievement of short- to medium-term MPDSE Project construction targets by assisting with overall oversight, both in terms of costs and stages, in collaboration with the Operations team. Ensure technical discipline manages risks at an acceptable level. Integrate with the Project and Mining Operations teams to provide optimal project management of tailings placement and civil earthworks.

• Strong collaboration with internal and other on-site departments, including Mining, Processing, Mine Geology, and Resource Development, is essential.

• Assist in developing superiors to become future leaders

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the OH&S Department, with direct reporting to the Manager – OH&S.

The Graduate Development Program – OH&S is to protect worker health and safety by anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling environmental hazards in the workplace, such as chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic risks. This is accomplished through risk assessments, hazard identification, the implementation of engineering and administrative controls, employee training, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations like OSHA and NIOSH standards. This role requires a high level of integrity and honesty, along with excellent systematic problem solving skills and ability to communicate with people from other departments and Senior Management. This role often involves working to deadlines and close coordination with department representatives.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Processing (Maintenance) Department, with direct reporting to the Coordinator - Maintenance Electrical dan Instrumentation.

The Graduate Development Program –Maintenance (MNT01) is a position created for Bachelor of Electrical Engineering graduates starting from fresh graduates with 0-2 years of work experience, who will be educated and trained in a special development program to be ready to become an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. GDP Electrical Maintenance will be guided by the Superintendent - Electrical Maintenance and Senior Engineer - Electrical during the Graduate Development Program (GDP) development program. GDP Maintenance will focus on learning and developing to be able to understand and implement the methodology for maintaining mineral processing plants and supporting equipment in the electrical field to achieve production targets, factory operations and key performance indicator (KPI) targets in the maintenance and care of the plant in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with technical standards, policies and legislation as well as occupational safety standards.

The Graduate Development Program –Maintenance (MNT02) is a position created for Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering graduates starting from fresh graduates with 0-2 years of work experience, who will be educated and trained in a special development program to be ready to become a Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance. GDP Mechanical Maintenance will be guided by a Superintendent - Mechanical Maintenance and Senior Engineer - Mechanical during the Graduate Development Program (GDP) development program. GDP Maintenance will focus on learning and developing to be able to understand and implement the methodology for maintaining mineral processing plants and supporting equipment in the mechanical field to achieve production targets, plant operations and key performance indicator (KPI) targets in the plant maintenance and care section in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with technical standards, policies and legislation as well as occupational safety standards

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – SCM (GDP - SCM)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the SCM Department, with direct reporting to the Senior Contract Engineer - Contract.

The Graduate Development Program – SCM supports the Contract function in the preparation, administration, and management of contracts across Martabe operations under the guidance of the Superintendent of Contract Formalities and the Senior Contract Engineer. This position is part of a career development program (Graduate Development Program) designed to provide comprehensive exposure to Contract & Procurement processes through on-the-job learning, mentoring, and cross-functional rotations. PTAR's ethical standards must be maintained at all times, with a clear focus on the company and employee code of conduct, confidentiality, and corporate values.

The GDP – SCM is responsible for preparing and managing the activities of PTAR Martabe's contract function and ensuring that the commercial aspects of all contract activities across all PTAR user departments comply with company standards, policies, and procedures, Indonesian law, and the Martabe Mine Contract of Work. The Graduate Development Program – The SCM is expected to support the Contract team in ensuring that all contractual processes are conducted in accordance with company policies, good governance principles, and PTAR's ethical values.
