VACANCY

PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta.    Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to spport our seamless operation :

 

GDP TSF ENGINEER (CODE : GTE/X/25)

Location : Toka Tindung

Duties :

• Coordinate with TSF Jr Engineer on TSF Construction objectives and priorities.

• Take full responsibility for TSF compliance soil test activities in plans and actions.

• Support for TSF construction weekly plan and scheduling and identifying the works priority.

• Support TSF Supervisor to organize allocation of project equipment and TSF infrastructure.

• Assist laboratory technician for daily soil test QA/AC report and recap in monthly report.

• Support for Investigate, analyse and supervise and document accidents, injuries and property damage and recommend necessary prevention strategies.

• Provide daily report and compile weekly and monthly TSF plan and reports to the TSF Engineer.

• Participate in the planning of daily and weekly activities; liaise with mining and other projects.

• Support TSF Supervisor lead safety toolbox meetings and organise TSF area to ensure all infrastructure, signs and information are in good condition.

• Ensure all TSF instruments are in good condition and can be monitored by the Geotechnical team.

• Carry out in-house soil laboratory training for MSM crews and contractors.

• Ensure all tools and materials storage of TSF section in such manner.

• Other assignments as required.

Requirements :

1. Fresh Graduated from Civil Engineering Majoring in Geotechnical.

2. Have 1-2 years of experience in TSF testing for laboratory and in-situ Compliance tests.

3. Have knowledge in Construction Safety; Hold certificate for K3 Konstruksi is an advantage.

4. Proficient in able to demonstrate engineering software such as CAD or equal Autocad Autodesk or other ERP software.

5. Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project).

6. Creative thinking and innovation, consistent under pressure.

7. English spoken and written; Office computer software programmes.

8. Possess a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A).

9. Able to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environment.

 

Mining Operation Dept Head (Job Code : MODH/X/25)

Location: Toka Tindung Site

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee mining operations: Manage daily mining activities to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible gold extraction.

• Develop and execute mining strategies: Support the formulation and implementation of both short- and long-term strategies to optimize resources, improve productivity, and ensure sustainability.

• Ensure safety compliance: Uphold high safety standards for all personnel and operations in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Cross-department collaboration: Maintain strong coordination with Mine Technical Services, Geology, Processing, and other departments to ensure operational alignment.

• Team leadership: Supervise and develop the operational team to achieve high performance, strong coordination, and professional growth.

• Contractor management: Oversee daily activities of contractors to ensure performance meets company standards in safety and production. Drive continuous improvement to enhance contractor efficiency and capability.

• Budget and resource management: Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Monitor operational progress: Track mining progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to targets and timelines.

• Stakeholder engagement: Liaise with government agencies, local communities, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations and positive relationships.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on mine performance, operational challenges, financial results, and environmental impacts for senior management.

• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all mining activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and environmental standards.

• Representation: Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and forums with external stakeholders.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in mining operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position; experience in gold mining is highly preferred.

3. Proven leadership and project management experience with a strong focus on safety, productivity, and team performance.

4. Deep understanding of mining regulations, safety, and environmental standards.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with government, communities, and contractors.

6. Proficient in mining and project management software (e.g., MineSight, AutoCAD, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Strong background in budgeting, resource allocation, and team supervision.

8. Capable of problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

9. Demonstrated awareness and commitment to corporate safety and environmental standards.
