PT Estu Barata Naca Energi, an Oil & Gas company with exploration field in South Tuban – East Java, we are inviting candidates with high commitment and integrity to join the team.

1. EXPLORATION MANAGER

Job Roles:

  • Leading the team of geologist, drilling engineers, and petroleum engineers to provide technical and engineering advice on Work Program & Budget, AFE’s Projects, procedures, and equipment/ technology required for exploration projects, improve cost effectiveness, operational efficiency and safe delivery of current and proposed projects.
  • Plan or propose exploration and operation projects and responsible for achieving the production targets in a safe manner at the estimated expenditure.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Manage service providers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining operating records.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry especially
  • Holders of Wakatek Tambang Certification are highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge on best oil and gas field procedures and practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders i.e. Pertamina EP, SKK Migas, etc.
  • Understand the regulations and procedures that apply in the Pertamina EP and SKK Migas areas.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges.
  • Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

2. SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER

Job Roles:

  • Responsible for Exploration Drilling Program execution, time scheduling and project management.
  • Prepare and propose drilling and completion budget (AFE) to ensure cost effective program.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Pertamina EP and other stakeholders regarding all drilling project preparation and execution.
  • Ensure drilling & workover operations safely executed with Pertamina HSSE standard.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and other division to prepare Job Roles for drilling project tender.
  • Prepare drilling report to Pertamina EP and SKK Migas for well close out.
  • Provide risk management regarding drilling projects.
  • Coordinate with another department to prepare WP&B.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Exploration Oil & Gas Company.
  • Proficient in well design, tubular design, drilling fluids, well control, and drilling operations.
  • Proven track record in well design and planning, preparation of well-cost estimates, preparation of drilling programs.
  • Ability to plan and prepare programs & budgets related to drilling to meet the Company needs.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges.
  • Understand the WP&B, AFE & AFE Close Out processes & Documents Related to Drilling Programs as well as to presented it to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas.
  • Good Communication with internal team and coordination with external stakeholders.

3. OPERATION EXPLORATION

Job Roles:

  • Perform engineering planning, design, and key factor for exploration activities.
  • Prepare Work Program and Budget (WP&B) and AFE documents and processing to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas.
  • Responsible for exploration projects execution until completion.
  • Monitor exploration operation and conduct maintenance strategy/ planning.
  • Reviewing and optimize exploration facility operation.
  • Conducting assessments and analyses of risks and give recommendations based on the assessment results and mitigation.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Exploration Oil & Gas Company.
  • Ability to design, planning, and modification for oil and gas production facilities.
  • Having project management certification will be advantageous.
  • Understand the WP&B, AFE & AFE Close Out processes & documents related to Operation Programs as well as to presented it to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas.

4. HSSE SPECIALIST

Job Roles:

  • Develop company’s HSSE Management System and Project HSSE Plan.
  • Ensure that company HSSE policies, procedures, and controls are always adhered.
  • Establish, monitor, and supervise proper Emergency Response Plans for company activities.
  • Monitor, inspect, and audit contractor engineering, construction, or installation safety programs and safe work practices.
  • Prepare required support documents and information for obtaining the required permits and licenses from SKK MIGAS, Forestry, Environment Protection and other relative governmental agencies.
  • Organize and conduct Fire safety inspections in the field, report on deficiencies, recommend improvement actions as well reward actions.
  • Prepare HSSE Work Program and Budget for Pertamina EP and SKKMIGAS.
  • Maintain HSE documentation such as checklists, permits to work, inspection records, and other HSSE related reports.
  • Deliver HSSE inductions, toolbox talks, and HSSE training to employees and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or any relevant studies.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Exploration Oil & Gas Company.
  • Experience on project – based activities on oil and gas industry i.e.: Drilling, EPCI, etc.
  • Certified for K3 Migas and Safety Inspector.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good relationship and communication with Pertamina EP, SKK Migas, and Ditjen Migas.

5. FINANCE & BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER

Job Roles:

  • Leading the team of Finance, SCM, General Services, HR, Legal and Relation to provide support and handling financial matters for company’s daily operation and exploration projects.
  • Coordinate daily operations support and finance activity to be run effectively and efficiently, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and minimize the possibility of audit findings.
  • Ensure all finance reporting, accounting, treasury, and related activities are completed in an efficient, productive, accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate the preparation & creation of a detailed Work Program & Budget and analysis of estimated revenues and expenses for company’s operation, organize and control the provision of funds, and screen all payments for all transactions in accordance with the approved budget and the services received by the company’s operation.
  • Coordinate with the exploration team to ensure that operational activities are carried out in accordance with the approved WP&B.
  • Reporting all financial and business support reports to General Manager and Stakeholders.
  • Maintain good business relationship with Pertamina EP, SKK Migas and other eksternal related stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economy or any relevant studies.
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Exploration Oil & Gas Company.
  • Understand the regulations and procedures that apply in the Pertamina EP and SKK Migas areas.
  • Detailed knowledge of Indonesian finance regulations and tax laws, Audits and KSO compliance requirements.
  • Having PTK 007 certification is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

6. SENIOR FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Job Roles:

  • Prepare daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and review financial and tax reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analysing variances and providing recommendations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Prepare of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process.
  • Prepare all payment transactions and journal and ensure the transactions in accordance with the approved budget.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Exploration Oil & Gas Company.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable oil and gas industry finance standards and business processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and financial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

7. SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Job Roles:

  • Ensure the procurement process for materials/services consisting of announcements, pre-qualification, procurement documents, explanations, clarifications and negotiations, appointment of winners until the contract is signed by both parties in accordance with the latest revised PTK 007 SKK Migas guidelines and company procedures.
  • Ensure all required materials/equipment are in accordance with specifications, quality, needs and operational schedules.
  • Review market surveys of suppliers for pricing, specifications and availability information.
  • Reviewing the preparation of a business contract between the Company and a third party, including the procurement of goods or services starting from the announcement process, pre-qualification to the appointment of the winner.
  • Planning and presenting Work Program & Budget for Logistics to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas to meets the operational target.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement/SCM in Oil & Gas Company.
  • Understanding and having PTK 007 Rev.5 Certification is a must.
  • Able to coordinate and communicate with the Pertamina EP, SKK Migas, and other stakeholders regarding all matter in Procurement.
  • Understands Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics, and Knowledge of Supply Management Software.
  • Computer literate - able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  •  Organised and structured worker, able to meet multiple tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.

8. GENERAL SERVICES

Job Roles:

  • Managing Jakarta and Field Office by monitoring the contract, office maintenance, employee Mess & Catering, Crew Change Schedule, and ensure office facilities to be provided for employee requirements.
  • Ensure all office supplies are provided and in good condition for employee usage and maintain the office supplies if items need to be repaired.
  • Assisting in the administration of required permits for operational activities in the field.
  • Arrange Business Travel (SPD, Accommodation, Transportation, Allowances, etc) for all Department.
  • Arrange and monitoring the use of Company’s operational vehicles.
  • Prepare Work Program & Budget related to general services, such as Office Facility, Transportation, etc.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1).
  • Able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Having experience as GA Staff in Oil & Gas Company is preferrable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, multitask, and attention to details.

9. LEGAL & RELATION

Job Roles:

  • Handling legal documents, including legal drafting (make contract), give legal opinion and legal review.
  • Handling Land Acquisition and Land Clearing process.
  • Conduct/coordinate/liaise legal and relations activities with external lawyers, Pertamina EP, government agencies (SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, Ministry of Energy and other stakeholders) and other industry associations.
  • Handling licenses/permits that are closely related to company’s operation.
  • Coordinates communication with local resident and local security forces around the field in regard with Field operational activities.
  • Provide recommendations for Legal & Public Relations related Work Program & Budget to the Company.
  • Provide legal support to other division.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Exploration Oil & Gas Company.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory laws and framework in upstream Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and drafting contract skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Willing to work under pressures and meet deadlines.
  • Have good relationship with local government and local community will be an advantage.

10. HR OFFICER

Job Roles:

  • Analyse and organize the selection process for employee recruitment.
  • Prepare data and implement personnel administration for staffing purposes, including wages, allowances and promotions, absences, rotations, etc.
  • Implement company regulations related to company operations and normative manpower regulations, in accordance with superior direction.
  • Organize and implement employee development and coaching programs (planning, needs analysis, recommendations, budgeting, and reporting).
  • Prepare concepts for resolving employee cases and industrial relations disputes to ensure they are resolved effectively in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Develop and maintain systems and procedures for HR operations.
  • Prepare and submit Company Regulation (PP) applications to the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Prepare RPTK, Work Program & Budgets, and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
  • Supervise contracts and manage outsourced workers.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1).
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR position in the oil and gas industry.
  • General knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
  • Understand Manpower Regulations and Laws.
  • Understanding PTK 018 SKK Migas and Pertamina EP HR TKO.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
