A. Informasi Pekerjaan / Job Information

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Third Party Contract)

Department: Project & Development

Direct Report to : Senior Project Control

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Involved in execution including commissioning, start-up, and operation support. Responsible for progress measurement of work pack activities completed, ensures that contracts and progress are well-managed directly from the field, bridging the gap between commercial and execution teams. and other activities for Project Control team

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Verification of the construction progress during execution base on schedule with actual and monitor and control progress of the installation, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning preparations

2. Monitoring and controlling contractor to the progress measurement and progress achievement on a daily basis and verify progress claims.

3. Monitoring/controlling all construction and commissioning activities base on target schedule/planning, manpower and productivity remaining work include materials, evaluating progress claims and closing punch list.

4. Reviewing contractor execution plan to ensure compliance with the contract requirements and identify necessary adjustments

5. Review and check change order from contractor based on Estimation Scope Work Instruction (additional work)

6. Verify contractors and subcontractor progress claims.

7. Assist in final account settlement upon project completion.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Min. 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on oil and gas projects (upstream and/or downstream).

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

•  proven experience in Quantity Surveyor on oil and gas projects (upstream and/or downstream)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, /Construction Management, or a related field

• MS Excel – Data Analysis, reporting and dashboads

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Title : Expeditor Supervisor (Third Party Contract)

Department : Project & Development

Direct Report to : Civil & Structure Coordinator

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring the flow of work from supply procurement to actual product deliveries, identifying process gaps and consulting with management to determine solutions. delivering seamless execution strategies to ensure the timely accomplishment of projects and meet production and delivery targets. ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites. To involve proactive measures to monitor, manage and derisk the supply chain, mitigating any potential delays before they impact the project

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Communicating with project team to evaluate various supply vendors and assess the quality of delivered supplies

2. Supervises expediting activities on the project

3. Placing purchase orders as necessary, ensuring they’ve ordered the right supplies for the job and maintaining optimal inventory levels

4. Coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining schedules for each ongoing project

5. Looking for solutions to vendor errors, budget limitations and other problems as they arise, finding ways to save money on the purchase of goods and requesting budget increases as necessary

6. Directs the activities of the project expeditors in ensuring delivery of supplier material, equipment, and technical data to support the project schedule

7. Monitors suppliers' performance and provides advice or directions to ensure compliance with policy, procedure, or guidelines

8. Reviews project expediting staffing and workloads and, where coverage is inadequate or excessive, initiates corrective action

9. Reviews material status reports, critical items reports, updates Supply Chain System (SCS) and Supplier Performance Database (SPD) data to ensure that adequate accurate information is assembled and presented to the assigned project

10. Represents Expediting in project team meetings

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience:

1. Minimum of 5-10 years as expeditor supervisor in the oil &  gas industry

2. Proven track record of supervising expediting team

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.

2. Thorough understanding of equipment and material   fabrication steps and methods.

3. Proficiency in monitoring supplier performance, back-  charge procedures and the resolution of claims and  disputes

4. Thorough understanding of Logistics and Supplier Quality processes.

5. Skilled in oral and written communication skills regarding  technical and production matters with both project and  supplier personnel.

6. Knows how to deal professionally with suppliers and   project personnel.

7. Capable of providing early warning to the Project   Management of supplier deficiencies or schedule  slippage.

8. Familiar with how to develop expediting budgets.

9. Familiar with developing and tracking metrics.
