Position Title: Top Drive Engineer/ Top Drive Operator

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with top drive systems
• Strong knowledge of top drive operation and maintenance
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repair of top drive equipment
• Basic spoken English for daily communication on site
• Able to use a computer to prepare logs, reports, and basic documentation

Responsibilities:
• Operate top drive systems safely and efficiently during drilling operations
• Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of top drive equipment
• Assist in top drive repair and maintenance activities as required
• Record daily operational logs and prepare basic technical reports
• Communicate effectively with rig crew, supervisors, and service personnel
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational procedures
Position Title: Slickline Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (or a Diploma with relevant experience).
• Experienced around 8 years in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Mining industries (3 years as a Slickline Supervisor, or 5 years as an Operator)
• Have a good experience and knowledge about the Redress Packer is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in slickline operations, including well intervention, pressure control equipment, and downhole tools.
• Good understanding of HSE standards and wellsite safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in onshore and offshore environments.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supervising and implementing the operational activities of assigned slickline projects,
• Ensuring the quality of equipment, the smoothness of work systems, efficiency levels, and result accuracy, so that company operations run smoothly and project goals and targets are achieved.
• Plan and Supervise Operations
• Collaborate with wellsite engineers to plan slickline job designs and objectives.
• Oversee setup (rig-up), execution, and completion (rig-down) of slickline activities.
• Supervise slickline crew members; train and mentor operators.
• Delegate tasks, ensure productivity, and enforce work standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments, pre-job safety meetings, and compliance checks.
• Record operational metrics — tension, depth, pressures — and prepare job reports.
• Maintain accurate logs as required by client and company standards.
Position Title: Slickline Operator

Qualifications:
• Senior High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Having more than 5 years of experience in Slickline operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSE Management Systems (Health, Safety, and Environment); Job Safety Analysis (JSA) experience is highly preferred
• Good understanding of slickline tools, equipment, and field operations
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and support junior crew members
Responsibilities:
• Prepare slickline equipment and ensure all tools are in proper working condition prior to job execution
• Perform pre-job and post-job inspections, including completion of checklists and maintenance sheets
• Mobilize, rig up, and rig down slickline units at the worksite in accordance with operational and safety standards
• Operate slickline equipment safely and efficiently during field operations
• Assist and coordinate with the Chief Operator in equipment maintenance, reporting, and job execution
• Perform light mechanical maintenance on slickline tools and units (pre-job & post-job maintenance)
• Monitor equipment condition, maintain equipment readiness, and update equipment inventory lists
• Report any equipment damage, malfunction, or abnormal conditions to the Chief Operator promptly
• Ensure all operations comply with company procedures and HSE requirements
Position Title: Driller
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position and in Oil & Gas Drilling Industry
• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification
• Have valid Juru Bor (JB) certification
• Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for Onshore/Offshore operation
• Familiar with Rig min. 1500 HP
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling

Responsibility:

Position Title: Rig Superintendent
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification:
• Typically requires 10-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a significant portion spent in drilling operations.
• Having experience as a Rig Superintendent in 1500 HP minimum 3 years
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Strong understanding of drilling equipment, procedures, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage personnel, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges
• Having valid Ahli Pengendali Pemboran (AP3) certificate from Migas
• May include IWCF (International Well Control Forum) certification, IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) certification, and other oil & gas industries certifications.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a drilling rig, including the maintenance and servicing of drilling equipment, the coordination of drilling operations, the training and supervision of the rig crew, and the implementation of safety protocols.
• Verify the maintenance routines of the drilling equipment/assets are appropriate and they guarantee an efficient performance of the drilling activities.
• Be familiar with the established well control procedures.
• Ensure reporting routines are fulfilled.
• Verify the stock level of spare parts and consumables for the drilling equipment on the rig competence are kept at an appropriate level.
• Cooperate with the rig site personnel in performing during mobilization, rig moving, operation (drilling and completion) and demobilization by supervising the activity of subordinates.
• Ensure all classification society and authorities rules and regulations applicable to the activities are adhered to.
• Be safety conscious in all the work and behaviour.
• Optimizing drilling operations for efficiency and effectiveness, including troubleshooting problems and minimizing downtime
• Provide advice to clients to overcome hole problems and the equipment that will be used to overcome these problems.
• Ensure all rig equipment complies with the equipment specifications in the contract.
• Maintain all equipment in a ready-to-use condition before use to prevent delays due to equipment failure
• Ensure Company’s and Client’s HSE and Q/A policies and standards are implemented on the rig sites.
• Actively participate to HSE inspections/audit on the rig site.
• Call for / Participate to investigations in case of serious incidents.
• Apply and ensure the correct application of prescribed safety standards and regulations.
• Verify proper housekeeping is maintained on the rig site.
Position Title: HSE Officer

• Certifications of IADC, KKKS Migas & H2S are often mandatory.
• Courses like OSHAC Rig Safety Officer provide specialized skills for identifying, managing, and mitigating risks in high-hazard rig environments.
• Having training or experience in Well Cap or Rig Pass can be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide essential safety training and drills to all rig personnel.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Pre-shift wellness screening, fit-for-task checks, fatigue and heat-stress monitoring.
• Drug/alcohol screening per site policy; monitor mental health, stress, and fitness-to-work.
• Potable water testing, food safety/galley hygiene inspections, camp sanitation audits; outbreak management (respiratory, gastroenteritis).
• Participate in risk assessments, SIMOPS reviews, and incident investigations for medical/ergonomic root causes
• Develop and implement OHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), conduct gas tests, and ensure safety-critical equipment is functioning correctly and that permits-to-work are followed.
