Responsibilities
• Prepare contracts with careful consideration from various aspects, including reviewing the terms, conditions, and scope of work in the established contract, identify risks that may occur during contract execution to ensure that each project is carried out according to plan.
• Execute and oversee contract implementation through the development and management of a contract correspondence system.
• Draft and implement contract amendments if necessary.
• Maintain intensive communication with relevant parties during contract execution.
• Provide necessary data for the procurement of goods and services related to project needs by reviewing contract documents before the tender, drafting specifications, and planning the assessment/evaluation of the tender process through to the execution and evaluation of goods and services procurement.
• Ensure that all required materials and services meet the necessary quality and quantity specifications.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years as Contract Engineer/Contract Administrator/Subcontract Engineer (experience in oil & gas industry is a strong advantage).
• Diploma III or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Management.
• Knowledge of SKK Migas regulations particularly PTK 007 (certification being a plus), the contract lifecycle, and the oil and gas procurement process.
