CITIC Seram Energy Limited (http://resources.citic/eng/business/oil.htm)  is an onshore-based upstream oil and gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with SKK Migas operates in Seram Non-Bula block, East of Indonesia.

Currently we're looking for:

Sr. Operation Geophysicist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing the Tender documents for 3D Seismic Acquisition & Interpretation. Understanding the Scope of Work, Compensation and the project timeline. Develop and coordinate the strategy of how to carry out the 3D Seismic Acquisition with more accurate, efficiently and effectively manner.

• Develop and maintain coordination during 3D Seismic Acquisition field operation among company with seismic contractor, external stakes holder and SKKMigas and making daily report of the operation progress, attempting to anticipate for any risk during operation, trying find out the best solution for any problem, join meeting with SKKMigas as per required.  

• As company representative in the field operation, manage, coordinate & supervising the execution of 3D seismic acquisition making daily report to company representative at home office covering the progress of 3D seismic acquisition progress, anticipating any potential problem and discussing to find out the best solution.

• Analyse, evaluate and making the final operation report of 3D Seismic Acquisition after field operation of 3D Seismic Acquisition is accomplished.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geophysical discipline.

• Preferably, having the experiences as Operation Geophysicist

• Ready to work as this position is urgently required

• Experiencing in 3D Seismic Acquisition operation

 

Reporting Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly financial statements for head office including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and make any necessary adjustments or disclosures.

• Prepare and assist in forecasting processes relating to monthly estimate financial reporting to head office.

• Assist in monitor actual performance against budgets and provide explanations for variances. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections.

• Prepare head office reporting packages consist of financial statements, cash flow statements, aging etc.

• Prepare Head Office budget and Assist in SKK Migas WP&B.

• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Prepare monthly rolling forecast to head office based on monthly actual incurred cost and forecast cost.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation to develop, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

• Assist financial audit process and liaise with external auditors during the annual financial audit. Provide required documentation, explanations, and support to facilitate the audit process.

• Assist project economic calculation as needed.

• Participate in special financial projects or initiatives, such as projects economic calculation.

• Other ad-hoc reporting task required by head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university.

• Min. 3-5 years in the same role, especially in multinational upstream oil and gas company

• Able to communicate in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin, both oral and written.

• A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.

• Have a deep understanding of accounting process such as journal entries, general ledger, accruals, and other accounting concepts, handling taxation related matters.

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems (such as SunSystem Accounting System, Vision Tools) is important.

• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft excel functions and data analysis tools so that can process and analyze financial data efficiently.

• Experience handling accounts payable, budgeting and reporting section.

 

A/P Accountant / Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Review validation of incoming invoice (Invoice, Tax Invoice, and Supporting Docs), and record all invoices to Accounts Payable System.

• Provide appropriate code to all invoices and match it with appropriate Budget Approved

• Coordinate with various departments (JKT & Field) and maintain records for account payables.

• Collaborate with vendor/suppliers/end user and resolve all issues for valid documents (Timesheet, Job Report, Delivery Order, Service Order, Purchase Order, Shipping Order, Cargo Manifest, and Various Expense Report), including invoices return.

• Monitor all invoices based on due date.

• Perform the reconciliation of remaining value of all related department contracts and the expired date of contract status.

• Responsible to organized back charged invoice to Vendor to prepare all supporting documents.

• Monitoring & controlling monthly cost allocation of spending all expenses against its budget and perform adjustment cost if necessary.

• Preparing data for Cash Call monthly request to HO & Partner

• Preparing data for Monthly Accrual for various accounts for month end closing

• Assist in budget preparation for WP&B SKK Migas, Partners and HO

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable University majoring Accountant.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control, Account Payable in multinational company.

• Good knowledge of finance, and accounting.

• Well organize, good in managing administration, attention to detail, and excellent analytical thinking.

• Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills including fluency (written and verbal) in English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skill.

• Ability to organize, professionalism, self-initiative and conscientious.
