Currently we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill the following position:
Mechanical & Rotating Engineer
Responsibilities
- Perform and review the engineering design for mechanical, piping, and pipeline facilities.
- Develop, review, and approve technical drawings and documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment Data Sheets, and Plant Layouts.
- Review and optimize facility capacities, production rates, and material selection to ensure operational integrity.
- Monitor, review, and oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timeline, and budget.
- Prepare, propose, and review Material Requisitions (MR) and Services Requisitions (SR) for technical alignment.
- Generate, review, and manage comprehensive project CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure) estimations.
- Propose, present, and defend programs and budget proposals to SKK Migas to secure necessary regulatory approvals.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in facilities engineering and project management.
- Strong expertise in Facilities Engineering and Mechanical Analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of safety studies, including HAZOP, HAZID, and Plant Layout reviews.
- Deep familiarity with international and local mechanical codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ANSI).
- Solid understanding of project life cycles, including PIS (Project Initiation/Implementation Status) and project Close-out processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and relevant Mechanical Software (e.g., Caesar II, PV Elite, HYSYS, or Pipenet).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills (ability to present technical and budget proposals clearly to management and regulatory bodies).
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to coordinate project activities and supervise contractors.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Electrical, Instrument & Telecommunication Engineer
Responsibilities
- Perform and review the engineering design for electrical, instrument, and telecommunication facilities.
- Develop, review, and approve technical drawings and documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, System Architecture, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and Equipment Data Sheets.
- Review vendor and contractor engineering documents, drawings, and technical queries to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor, review, and oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities for all EIT scopes to ensure alignment with timeline and quality standards.
- Prepare, propose, and review Material Requisitions (MR) and Services Requisitions (SR) for EIT packages.
- Propose, present, and defend EIT programs and budget proposals to SKK Migas to secure necessary regulatory approvals.
Requirement
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in Electrical, Instrument, and Telecommunication (EIT) systems.
- Strong expertise in EIT Analysis, system design, and network architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of safety studies, including HAZOP, HAZID, and safety-instrumented systems.
- Deep familiarity with international and local EIT codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ISA, API).
- Solid understanding of project life cycles, including PIS (Project Initiation/Implementation Status) and project Close-out processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (familiarity with specialized engineering software is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills (ability to present technical data clearly to management and stakeholders).

Civil & Structural Engineer
Requirement
- Perform, review, and approve the engineering design, structural analysis, and cost estimations for civil and structural facilities.
- Review and optimize material selection (such as concrete, steel, and coating specifications) to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability.
- Review technical drawings, site layouts, and foundation designs to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor, review, and oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities for all civil and structural scopes to ensure compliance with schedule, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare, propose, monitor, and review Material Requisitions (MR) and Services Requisitions (SR) for civil/structural packages.
- Compile, monitor, and report regularly on civil project progress, program activities, and milestones.
- Generate, review, control, and manage comprehensive project CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure) estimations for civil scopes.
- Propose, present, and defend civil/structural work programs and budget proposals to SKK Migas and Partners to secure necessary approvals.
Requirement
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Ocean Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in civil infrastructure and structural engineering for facilities.
- Strong expertise in Structural Analysis (onshore/offshore structures, foundations, pipe racks) and Facilities Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and design studies, including HAZOP, HAZID, and Plant Layout reviews.
- Solid understanding of project life cycles, including PIS (Project Initiation/Implementation Status) and project Close-out processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant civil/structural engineering software (e.g., SACS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills (ability to present technical data and budget proposals clearly to management, partners, and regulatory bodies).

QA/QC & HSE Engineer
Responsibilities
- Perform, coordinate, and oversee QA/QC activities for all oil and gas facility projects to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Review, evaluate, and approve quality procedures, technical specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and material data sheets.
- Lead and coordinate witness testing, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and other non-destructive/destructive testing methods.
- Coordinate and manage third-party inspections, equipment certifications, and regulatory examinations.
- Implement, monitor, and coordinate HSE programs, procedures, and safety management systems across facility projects.
- Support project completion stages, ensuring all quality and safety documentation is compliant for PIS (Project Initiation/Implementation Status) and project Close-out processes.
Requirement
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical/Material Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on QA/QC and HSE functions in facility projects.
- Deep understanding of company QA/QC specifications, inspection procedures, and Oil & Gas HSE standards & procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards for pressure vessels, piping, pipelines, rotating equipment, and static equipment (e.g., ASME, API, AWS, ISO).
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Migas certification regulations, statutory inspection processes, and government compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with safety and risk assessment studies, including HAZOP and HAZID.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (and relevant QA/QC or HSE reporting software).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills (ability to present audit findings, quality reports, and safety statistics clearly to management and auditors).

Document Control & Contract Officer
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive management, tracking, and archiving of all project engineering, commercial, and legal documents.
- Maintain the Document Management System to ensure efficient distribution, retrieval, and traceability of documents.
- Enforce document control procedures and quality standards across project teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, draft contracts, and collaborate closely with the SCM (Supply Chain Management) team to conduct smooth procurement and tendering processes.
- Monitor contract implementation, track milestones, and manage contract variations or amendments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all tendering and contract execution align with company policies and applicable Indonesian oil and gas regulations.
Requirement
- University degree in Engineering or Non-Engineering disciplines from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in document control, contract administration, or procurement within the oil and gas industry.
- Deep familiarity with PTK 007 (SKK Migas guidelines) and Local Content (TKDN) regulations.
- Proficiency in operating EDMS software/programs and document tracking systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude with high attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Facilities Engineer
Responsibilities
- Perform and support for long term and short-term goals/ objectives for Engineering Department, monitors progress and ensures that goals and objectives are being met on time, within the approved budget and in compliance with the pertinent policy and procedures.
- Review the Work Program & Budget related to process engineering issue, to ensure costs and expenditures are within the approved budget and proposes the POD (Plan of Development), AFE (Authorisation for Expenditures), WP&B (Work Program & Budget), PIS (Place into Service) & COR (Close Out).
- Perform the facilities & process engineering preparation of facility completion whilst properly address the potential risks and hazards arise along the process
- Perform the facilities activities, testing, and completion engineering including design, execution and post completion analysis if required.
- Perform process design and completion plans of future facilities and monitor required materials and equipment for these plans are available in order to avoid interruption of operations.
- Perform all processes in facilities engineering function start from initiatives into implementation on site for future medium-to-big-scale improvement projects in order to have better project management and minimize down time in the field.
- Contribute to a team of facilities discipline engineers to carry out assessment studies and implementation of the projects in accordance with field development plans. This includes routine inspections and assessment facilities (i.e. broken pipe, valve, pipe maintenance)
- Perform and monitors any demands related to facilities in field (make new program in coordination with Sub surface/Production & other related Engineer). Ensure that all demands are addressed properly to support a smooth business operation
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
