Petrochina Intl. Jabung Ltd., an International Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company has the following position open in Jakarta Office for immediate engagement:
1. Finance Control & Compliance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the activities of the Finance Control & Compliance Manager to fulfill company objectives.
- Provide expert advice for problem-solving and improvement initiatives concerning audits, taxation compliance, and cost recovery issues.
- Successfully handle audits from external bodies such as BPK-RI, SKK Migas, BPKP, DGT, and Joint Venture Partners for yearly financial and FQR reporting.
- Serve as the main liaison between auditors and internal end-users, managing data collection and drafting robust audit responses to mitigate company risk exposure.
- Lead the tax group's routine operations, which includes reviewing and signing tax account reconciliations, monthly VAT/WHT reports, and cash call information.
- Supervise the complete preparation of annual tax returns for corporate income tax.
- Settle outstanding tax disputes through prescribed statutory procedures across the DGT, Tax Court, and Supreme Court.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen corporate relationships with critical stakeholders, including SKK Migas, BPK-RI, BPKP, DGT, and internal functions.
- Manage departmental Human Resources matters, including manpower planning, performance management, training, and development.
- Plan and monitor departmental HSE protocols to comply fully with Indonesian regulations, international oil & gas standards, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economy Accountancy and a Master's Degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- Min. 12–15 years of relevant professional experience within the Finance discipline.
- Must hold a valid Certified Accountant (CA) professional qualification.
- Proven technical mastery in Financial Management, Accounting Management, Budgeting, Cost Control, Treasury Management, and Tax Management.
2. Internal Audit Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Sets short, medium, and long goals objectives for the Internal Audit Department, develops strategies, monitorsprogress, and ensures that goals and objectives are being met on time, within approved budget and incompliance with the pertinent policy and procedures.
- Manages the implementation of the annual audit plan, including special tasks or projects requested by Management/ Board.
- Prepares, reviews and approves an audit report to management and any other relevant parties at the conclusion of each audit in order to communicate the audit findings, recommendations and management actionplans including auditee’s explanation for any recommendation.
- Follow up on outstanding management action plans to ensure significant risks and major deficiencies identified.
- Improve the establishment of integrity value in the Company by assisting in the investigation of significant suspected or alleged fraudulent or unethical activities within the Company and notify by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major preferably Economy Finance/ Accounting/Engineering etc.
- Min. 12 years work experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Operational function.
- At least 1(one) of major qualifications related to internal audit, including but not limited to Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA), IAP (Internal Audit Practitioner), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA).
- Preferably fluent in Chinese Mandarin
