Requested Position/Job title:  JUNIOR AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Department/Project: Instrument Department

Minimum Education Level Required : University Graduate from related Technical Major

Minimum Working Experience : Fresh Graduate / 2 - 3 years in similar position or similar field

Duration Contract : 1 year / 12 months

Work Location : Jakarta office & Site

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION:

1. Junior / fresh graduates of Automation Engineering.

2. Willing to go to site or other locations if required.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Automation Engineer will be working with Sr. Engineer to produce several Automation documents, i.e. I/O List, FGS Matrix, ESD Matrix, Control Narrative, etc.

2. She / He will be involved on either BID, FEED or EPC project.

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any  engineering discipline, computer science / IT or relevant discipline.

2. Five (5) years minimum experiences of directly related technical knowledge and experience, SmartPlant SPF / SPO Administrator experience is a must. AVEVA Engineering / AVEVA Net Administration experience is advantage.

3. A good knowledge of data processing including technical knowledge of IT hardware, software, networks, and MS SQL and/or Oracle Server knowledge is required.

4. SQL query creation and modification, VB, Macro, XML/XLST, IIS and C# programming is desired.

5. Knowledge of SmartPlant enterprise engineering design tools and data structure, methods and workflows. AVEVA application enterprise as additional knowledge is advantage.

6. Hands-on experience and understanding of engineering information management technologies and methodologies in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Engineering & Construction offshore and  onshore industry.

7. Must be well organized, able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and provide superior customer service.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Handle multiple project execution of SmartPlant Foundation within engineer global team.

2. Responsible for initialization of set-up, installation and configuration of SmartPlant Foundation Plants and Projects.

3. Monitor the production application environment taking such action as may be necessary to ensure maximum availability and correct operational issues related to the Engineering  Data Integration suite of application.

4. Initiative to the development of new custom application used to support standard suite application.

5. Configuration and management of Internet Information Service.

6. SQL and/or Oracle Tablespace Creation.

7. Administration of environment scope and User preferences.

8. Generates and Process SPF Load Files.

9. Produce reports for various SmartPlant Engineering Tools application and general database.

10. DEPUTY INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST

Department/Project: HSSE/TEP ONSHORE

Work Location : SITE LNG Papua

Education : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION:

a. Obtain professional certification in industrial hygiene (i.e. Higiene Industri Muda - HIMU)

b. Strong evidence on capability of performing industrial hygiene measurement and evaluation e.g. area and personal noise monitoring, BTEX, heat stress, mercury vapor, welding fume and indoor air quality.

c. Experience in implementing several core industrial hygiene program such as Hearing Conservation Program (HCP), Respiratory Protection Program (fit testing), Hazardous Substance Management Program, Personal Protective Equipment management program, and Food Safety Program.

d. Experience in delivering industrial hygiene training e.g. manual handling, chemical handling, PPE and hearing conservation program.

e. Strong in communication skill and interpersonal skill

f. Administration experience, familiar with MS Office

g. Capable to communicate in English for both written and oral

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Anticipate, identify and evaluate health related substandard condition and practices at the workplaces.

2. Perform appropriate industrial hygiene monitoring programs.

3. Implement appropriate control methods, procedures and program incompliance with all government regulations and recognized international standards; including PPE management programs.

4. Ensure the performance of industrial hygiene monitoring equipment's trough periodic maintenance and calibration.

5. Ensure food safety programs implementation meeting Tangguh Expansion Project requirements.

6. Deliver industrial hygiene programs with close coordination with the Tangguh Ops Site Industrial Hygiene team.

7. Provide health hazards awareness program to relevant workers.

8. Document and maintain records of activities for review and audit programs.

11. HSE SITE TRAINER

1. Fast adaptation to each Activities involved and relate it with HSE Procedures

2. Good communication skill and proper advance training plan

3. Has qualification in HSE Background and certified from Indonesian Legislation Approved related Occupational Health Safety

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

2. Plan Training Schedule, Delivery HSSE Training, and proper Record system

3. Conduct specific Training Assessment and Self Verification related to High Risk Activities

4. Improve Training Materials and Conduct Special HSSE Campaign related to current Construction Activities

12. HSE SUPERVISOR

Department/Project: HSSE/MERAKES

Work Location : Jakarta & Offshore

Duration : 6 months

Education : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

REQUIRED WORKING SKILL/ QUALIFICATION/ CERTIFICATION:

1. To be experienced in Construction and Commissioning activities in brown field.

2. Certified for AK3 Migas/ Menakertrans.

3. Certified for root cause analysis and investigation.

4. Much preferable to be certified for various HSE Technical skill: lifting, rigging, scaffolding, electrical, working at height, confined space, and hot works activity.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. As deputy of Project HSE Coordinator.

2. Ensure Project HSE Plan/ Manual and HSE deliverables are implemented throughout the entire project life.

3. Promote and deliver Project HSE Campaign throughout the entire project life.

4. Ensure that relevant HSE risk assessments are complied with and that Job Safety Analysis are prepared during the operations, including monitor the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on site.

5. Assist in the investigation of accidents and analysis in order to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measures.

6. Supervise and Control compliance of the equipment utilized on site.

7. Supervise Environmental aspect on site, supporting key personnel.

8. Follow-up the and monitor HSE Key Performance Indicators for the operational activities.
