1. Field Engineer - Geotechnical

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

Local Indonesia

• Willing to work in Balikpapan no rotation

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering

• Expertise as Lead Civil Engineer

• 7+ years of experience in Oil Gas or EPC Industry

• Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures

• Expertise in the civil engineering design including underground facility, soil analysis, refractory installation and 3D design using PDS are applied for all the civil structures.

• Expertise developing civil design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the civil design activities through the project execution.

• Expertise in Jetty, soil improvement design and equipment foundation design.

• Expertise design and engineering for major Civil

2. Job Title: Field Engineer - Civil Structure

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

• Bachelor of Civil Structure Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in Oil&Gas or EPC Industry

• Expertise in the civil and structural fields supervisor construction including underground facility , sewers, concrete structure, steel structure, road and paving, pipe-racks and foundations.

• Expertise in AISC, ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, UBC, ASCE.

• Expertise as Civil Structure Supervisor

• Expertise in SAP 2000, STAAD Pro, or Etabs 2013.

• Excellent relationship with Company and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements. 

3. Job Title: Field Engineer - Mechanical

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

Local Indonesia

• Willing to work in Balikpapan no rotation

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in Oil&Gas or EPC Industry

• Act as Equipment Engineer especially for Major Process Equipment such as Reactor/Re-generator, Large Column, Steam Boiler

• Expertise in design and engineering for major Mechanical Equipment

• Experienced as Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Expertise in API, ANSI, NFPA, ASME, AWS, TEMA, NACE, ASTM.

• Expertise in the design, analysis and review for mechanical systems in refinery, gas processing plants and utility facilities

• Expertise to perform Mechanical equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Mechanical System with a high level of quality.

• Expertise in the use of computer programs (latest mechanical design software)

4. Job Title: Field Engineer - Piping

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

• Willing to work in Balikpapan no rotation

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in Oil Gas or EPC Industry

• Expertise as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design.

• Expertise in the design and specification of piping including piping routing, sizing, piping plan/layout, isometric, 3D drawing, pipe support, Line designation Table (LDT), materials selection, corrosion protection, installation and tie-in procedures, hazard analysis and environmental considerations

• Experienced as Senior Piping Engineer

• Expertise in API, ANSI, ASME, AWE, NACE, ASTM.

• Act as the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Piping systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities

• Able to perform Piping equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Piping System with a high level of quality.

• Expertise in the use of computer programs (latest piping design software, etc)

5. Job Title: Field Engineer - Tanks/Stationary Equipment

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in oil and gas and petrochemical project.

• Experienced as Mechanical field supervisor especially for Major Mechanical Equipment such as steam Boiler, sphere tank, process vessels and others Mechanical equipment for Process and Utilities plant.

• Expertise in API, ANSI, ASME, AWS, TEMA, NACE, ASTM

• Able to to perform fields supervisory for Mechanical equipment installation and testing with a high level of quality.

• Expertise in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

• Expertise in the use of computer programs.

• Good interface with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed construction in mechanical activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

6. Job Title: Field Engineer - Pipeline

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in O&G and petrochemical project.

• Expertise as Senior Pipeline Engineer especially design the Submarine Pipeline facilities including Submarine Pipeline, PLEM, Onshore facilities, Pigging facilities, tie-in to existing facilities, control system, umbilical, diver-less intervention system, shore approach by developing submarine pipeline facilities design criteria and specifications in accordance with industrial standard/Codes (API, ANSI, ASME, AWE, NACE, ASTM, DNV)

• Expertise in the design and specification of pipelines including design the Submarine Pipeline including pipeline routing, related pipeline calculation (sizing, stability, free-spans, etc.), material selection, corrosion protection, installation and tie-in, hazard analysis and environmental consideration and tie-in procedures, hazard analysis and environmental considerations.

• Responsible for the design, analysis and review for Pipeline System in gas processing plants and utility facilities

7. Job Title: Field Officer - HSE

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

4 local persons; no rotation

• Bachelor of Environmental Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in O&G and petrochemical project.

• 5+ years worked as HSSE Engineer in both refinery ISBL (Inside Battery Limit) and OSBL (Outside Battery Limit) process units.

• Expertise in developing of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) at site, Preparation and implementation of relevant site HSSE procedure, Hazardous waste management and control, Air pollution management and control, Noise management and control, Radioactive radiation management and control

• Expertise in the use of computer programs (environmental engineering software etc.) applicable to such designs

• Good interface with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements. 

8.  Job Title: Field Officer - HSE Reporting

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

local person; no rotation

The officer shall submit HSSE report of the contractors performance and that of subcontractors during the performance of the work include Incident Triangle such as the cumulative total number of fatality, Lost Time Injury, Restricted Work Case, Medical Treatment Case, First Aid, near misses, Unsafe Action & Condition and hours worked.

The officer shall follow the requirements of the client accident and incident reporting and investigation procedure while on the client site, installation or license.

• Bachelor of Environmental Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in O&G and petrochemical project.

• 5+ years worked as HSSE Engineer in both refinery ISBL  and OSBL (Inside & Outside Battery Limit) process units.

9. Job Title: Officer Revamp Permits (Brown Field)

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months

Local person; no rotation

• Balikpapan resident

• Bachelor/Master degree in HES

• Proficient with Oil and Gas GOI certification and permitting processes.

• 10+ years of related experience in oil and gas industries, and in major capital projects.

• Expertise obtaining equipment and facility certificates from DitJen Migas, permits and/or license from GOI Agencies (i.e. DitJen Hubud, DitJen Postel, DitJen Hubla, KLH and BLH).

• Expertise obtaining permits and  approval process from East Kalimantan Province agencies (BLH, Adpel, Syahbandar, etc.), especially for oil and gas project.

• Provide      detailed      Migas certificates and permits process mapping, including relevant stakeholder agencies and positions.

• Execute Strategic Plan of Project Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Assurance, and provide any feedback for continuous improvement.

• Keep   abreast   and   update permitting processes from GOI Agencies.

• Managing contractor to meet project schedule for obtaining Migas certificates and GOI permits.

10. Job Title: Field Surveyor

Balikpapan 24 months

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.

• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.

• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.

• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys

• Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.

• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.

• Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.

• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.

• Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.

• Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.

• Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellitebased global positioning systems (GPS).

• Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.

• Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.

• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data in order to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.

• Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures.

• Develop criteria for the design and modification of survey instruments.

• Conduct research in surveying and mapping methods, using knowledge of techniques of photogrammetric map compilation and electronic data processing.

• Locate and mark sites selected for geophysical prospecting activities, such as efforts to locate petroleum or other mineral products.

• Survey bodies of water in order to determine navigable channels and to secure data for construction of breakwaters, piers, and other marine structures.

• Direct aerial surveys of specified geographical areas.

• Determine specifications for photographic equipment to be used for aerial photography, as well as altitudes from which to photograph terrain.

• 10+ years as Surveyor in Oil & Gas (preferable Petrochemical Projects)
