We are currently seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position(s) at PT CTCI International Indonesia:

1. Senior Architectural Engineer

Work Location: Jakarta (to be dispatched to CTCI H/Q in Taiwan for on-job training since beginning)

Job Description: Familiar with architectural design and field engineer work

Qualification:

- Master or Bachelor degree, with major in Architectural engineering. (B.Arch or M.Arch)

- At least 3 years of experience as an architectural engineer or architect in architect associates or architectural engineering consultants Co

- Experience in successfully executing detail design work for projects

- Have knowledge about IBC and SNI building codes, building planning, building design, and Mechanical Electrical Plumbing system wok integration

- Fluent in spoken and written English (min TOEIC score 750, or IELTS 6.5 or above)

- English presentation skill

- It will be an advantage if having design experience in Power Plant, Petrochemical Industry, high tech. facility system, or relevant factory.

- Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) PowerPoint; (3) WORD; (4) Auto CAD; (5) REVIT

2. Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

Work Location: Jakarta (to be dispatched to CTCI H/Q in Taiwan for on-job training since beginning)

Job Description: Familiar with general civil & structural design and field engineer work

Qualification:

- Master or Bachelor degree, with major in Civil engineering

- Skills for general civil and structural design, such as paving, foundation, building and structure detail design for at least 3 years.

- Experience in successfully executing detail design work for projects

- Familiar with International regulations (must: IBC, ACI, AISC)

- Fluent in spoken and written English (Min. TOEIC score 700 or equivalent)

- English presentation skill

- Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) PowerPoint; (3) WORD; (4) Auto CAD; (5) REVIT; (6) Etabs or SAP 2000 or STAAD Pro

3. Senior Firefighting and Plumbing Engineer

Work Location: Jakarta (to be dispatched to CTCI H/Q in Taiwan for on-job training since beginning)

Job Description: Familiar with firefighting and plumbing design for building and field engineer work

Qualification:

- Master or Bachelor degree, with major in Mechanical or Firefighting related engineering

- At least 3 years of detail design experience, such as domestic water supply system, Sewage system and firefighting system

- Experience in successfully executing detail design work for projects

- Have knowledge about international regulations and local codes for firefighting and plumbing systems

- Fluent in spoken and written English (Min. TOEIC score 700 or equivalent)

- English presentation skill

- It will be an advantage if having design experience in Power Plant, Petrochemical Industry, high tech. facility system, or relevant factory.

- Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) PowerPoint; (3) WORD; (4) Auto CAD; (5) REVIT

4. Electrical Engineer

Work Location: Jakarta (to be dispatched to CTCI H/Q in Taiwan for on-job training since beginning)

Job Description: Electrical power distribution system and telecommunication system designs for industrial plant, chemical plant, and generation plant etc

Qualification:

- Graduated from University and majored in Electrical Engineering

- At least 3-year design experience on design works for Low voltage power system, grounding system, lighting system, fire alarm/telephone/page/party systems, material take off, and being Field Engineer (FE) at construction stage

- Familiarized with International Electrical codes or regulations such as IEC, NEC, NFPA etc.

- Be fluent in spoken and written English (Min. TOEIC score 600 or equivalent)

- Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) PowerPoint; (3) WORD; (4) Auto CAD; (5) ETAP

5. Senior Electrical Engineer

Work Location: Jakarta (to be dispatched to CTCI H/Q in Taiwan for on-job training since beginning)

6. E3D Modelling Engineer

Work Location: Jakarta (to be dispatched to CTCI H/Q in Taiwan for on-job training since beginning)

Job Description: Use E3D design software to perform piping engineering design, issue engineering drawing, etc

Qualification:

- Graduated from University related to department such as Mechanical or Chemical engineering, and have practice experience in E3D software skills, such as 3D design, issue engineering drawing, etc for at least 1 years

- Fluent in spoken and written English (Min. TOEIC score 500 or equivalent)

- Competent skill for PDMS or Navisworks is preferable

- Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) WORD; (3) Auto CAD; (4) E3D

7. Piping Field Engineer

Work Location: Job-Site (to be dispatched to CTCI H/Q in Taiwan for on-job training since beginning)

Job Description: Working on construction site and assist to solve on-site piping design problem

Qualification:

- Graduated from University related to department such as Mechanical or Chemical engineering

- Practice experience on-site of piping engineering work. Capability to solve the problem of engineering drawing, material and any sort of piping engineering situation for at least 3 years

- Fluent in spoken and written English (Min. TOEIC score 500 or equivalent)

- Capability to serve as piping supervisor would be an advantage

- Competent skill for PDMS or Navisworks is preferable

- Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) WORD; (3) Auto CAD

8. HRGA Assistant

Work Location: Jakarta Head Office

Job Description:

- Responsible for the timely processing of monthly payroll and time and attendance records, also responsible for coordinating all onboarding and offboarding checks and processes Application and renewal of foreign workers work permit.

- Manage and Payment to Vendor

- Claim forms and other accounting related system

- Maintain and Filing for Office Documents and order the shipping of Documents

- Budget Preparation (related to Admin)

- Manage the office stationary, equipment, and meeting room.

- Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan (WLK Reporting)

- Petty Cash Maintain and Report

- Maintain and Filing for Office Documents and order the shipping of Documents

- Assist the Administration of the Foreigner’s Stay

- Assisting in printing, copying, and scanning of the Office Documents

- Transportation and Accommodation arrangement

- Assist in Renewal and Re-registration of SBU Certificate, Association Membership, annual report, and IUJK/RO License

Qualification:

- Graduated from University related to department such as Economic

- Fluent in spoken and written English (Min. TOEIC score 500 or equivalent)

- Have strong willing to learn and improve

- Can work by Individual and Team
