PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO established since 1992 with supported professional experts and able resources. Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPC oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. Estimator

Job Responsibilities :

•   Document analysis, price search preparation, estimation and bid analysis

•   Review of tender documents / requests from clients

•   Preparing Breakdown material (MTO)

•   Preparing offer details including technical & commercial offers. Offer includes all aspects for special items such as payment terms, taxes, permits, Bid bonds, etc.

•   Supporting the Marketing Department to conduct document reviews, clarifications and negotiations with clients

Requirement :

•   Bachelor Degree (Engineering)

•   Male, with max. Age 35 years old

•   Have min. 3 years of working experience in the same position, specially in EPC Project (oil & gas services) and Fabrication

•   Able calculate the RAB (Budget Plan)

•   Able to read working drawings Computer literate (Auto cad, Microsoft office)

•   Good team work, hard worker and able to work under pressure

•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•   Fluent in english (spoken & written)

2. HRGA Project

Job Responsibilities :

•   Recruitment employees and improve the quality of human resource at the site

•   Ensure the payroll calculation process and employee recruitment goes well

•   Responsible for the policy of managing HR on the site goes well

•   Foster good relations with internal and external site in order to create a conducive work environment

•   Calculate employee payroll at the site and makes a report to HR Head Office

•   Doing the recruitment process on site in accordance with Man Power Planning

•   Carry out maintenance activities on all supporting facilities at the site

•   Take care accommodation of employee leave on sites

•   Doing work related to GA

•   Coordinate with HR Manager HO related to existing HRGA issues in the field

Requirement :

•   Max. 35 years old

•   Min. S1 any field

•   Have min. 3 year working of experience as HRGA in EPCI Company or Oil & Gas Contractor

•   Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person

•   Good Communication and negotiation skill

•   Fluent in English and Bahasa  Indonesia

•   Will be placed at Project

3. Crewing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

•   Responsible for the overall personnel matters of the offshore crews. Assists in monitoring crew movement, transfers, probations and promotions.

•   Coordinate the travel arrangements of the offshore crew as required, which include arrangement for Medical Examination/Vaccination, visa, flights and equipment, BOSIET exemption

•   Coordinate offshore medical examination & vaccinations and the application & renewal of Certificate of Competencies, Certificate of Endorsement, work permit and visa

•   Handle all crew sign on and sign off

•   Conducts initial screening of shortlisted applicants before endorsing to technical or operational personnel for final interview

•   Plan crew changes in advance, check availability of crew and compliance of all certificates and training

•   Conducts background checking for all newly hired personnel

Requirement :

•   Max. 40 year

•   Crewing or HR related experience in Offshore Oil & Gas or Ship Management environment. Those with travel coordination and direct crewing experience will have an added advantage.

•   Very organized, able to multi-task, willing to work flexible hours, can cope well under pressure, good attention to detail.

•   Excellence in interpersonal, communication and planning skills

•   Computer literate and Can work with multi-cultural environment

•   Must have working knowledge of STCW 95 and flag state requirements

4. Process Improvement Staff

Job Responsibilities :

•   Assist management representatives in the implementation and development of the Quality Management System

•   Make changes to documents and coordinate with the Management Representative

•   Prepare and make changes to procedures or quality documents according to the approved PFD

•   Conduct an assessment of the suitability of the implementation of a quality document after it is issued

Requirement :

•   Max. 35 years

•   Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable Bachelor Degree from Engineering)

•   Have a minimum of 1 year or more of working experiences as Process Improvement Staff or QMR Staff

•   Good communication in English (verbal & written) (will be preferable)

•   Able to operate MS Office (Ms. Visio, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)

5. Procurement

Job Responsibilities :

•   Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance

•   Receiving, Register PR

•   Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well

•   Learning and clarifying as needed with the User

•   Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcontractor those that are in accordance with the request

•   Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request

Requirement :

•   Max 40 years

•   S1 Engineering

•   Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in  EPCI, Fabrication Company

•   Have good negotiation and communication skills

•   Have good knowledge of export and import procedure

•   Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend

•   Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.

•   Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)

•   Computer literate

•   Good individual and team player

•   Excellent in time management and planning skills

•   Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
