1. Job Name: Long Lead Item Package Manager (Procurement)

Job Location: Jakarta

Contract type: 12 Months Contract (Possibly Extension)

Primary Objective:

• To deliver, from receipt of Requisition through to final delivery, the Long Lead Item Packages identified as EGR Package, HCC Package and CCPP Package.

• Manage all Procurement activities, Purchasing, Expediting, Inspection and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of identified Packages meeting all Projects requirements for Quality, Engineering specifications, Safety Requirements and Total Procured Costs.

• Effective management of Post Order Change.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years direct experience

• Relevant oil and gas industry experience include Large gas compressors, Power generation equipment

• Extensive previous experience in the procurement management of major rotating equipment packages for projects

• Direct Experience of Procurement Management of major packages in Onshore Oil and Gas

• Extensive previous experience in the procurement management of major rotating equipment packages for projects

• Clear working understanding of all Procurement disciplines, purchasing, expediting, inspection and logistics and the ability to successfully manage Key Milestone Schedules through all procurement Life-cycle activities.

• Direct Experience of Procurement Management of major packages in Onshore Oil and Gas

• Direct experience in successfully engaging with multinational teams.

Role Summary

The ARMO Technician Electronic Mechanical is an AMO Workshop position. They ensure safe and reliable AMO is delivered to global AMO organization is cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment. The role focuses specifically on Drilling Services within the Oilfield Services portfolio of Baker Hughes. The AMO Technician Electronic Mechanical reports into an AMO Supervisor.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU NEED//

• Technical diploma, associate degree or minimum 3 years relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices

• Ability to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques

• Advanced skills in soldering and assembling of Electro-Mechanical devices

• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge in Lean six sigma

• Knowledge in SAP
