11.  Marketing Manager

JOB ROLES

• Manage and coordinate all activities of setting up pricing models, bidding models and contractual documentation standards related to marketing and sales for crude oil and gas including planning, review and negotiate in order to ensure all gas and crude oil marketing planning and execution are implemented in effective and efficient way, and all gas and crude oil sales transaction comply with the prevailing rules and regulations, Company policy and procedures, and agreement with customer(s);

• Lead, manage, and coordinate process of analyzing international and domestic gas and crude oil market data; Coordinate, monitor and review customers sourcing process and recommend the customers; Negotiate and recommend finalization of crude oil and gas sales and/or lifting contracts; review and monitor risk management on gas and crude oil sales and marketing process in order to generate gas and crude oil sales opportunities, ensure crude oil sales and marketing achieve the target, and reduce/minimize unpredictable risks on crude oil sales and marketing;

• Manage and coordinate gas and crude oil contracts, Review and evaluate sales contract effectiveness, commercial aspects, contract negotiation and administration; Manage, coordinate, analyze and recommend contract strategies; Recommend strategy in handling contract dispute (including consideration of interrupt contract, temporary break of supply, reconnection to supply, and permanent break/terminate supply and/or renew contract) in order to ensure all parties involved in gas and crude oil sales implement sales contract properly, and developed sales contract protect Company interests and adaptable to changing market conditions;

• Manage, monitor and coordinate gas and crude oil sales contract implementation, in assuring the delivery of crude oil as per sales contract, in resolving issues related to the delivery, invoicing and/or collection of revenue; in order to ensure optimization of gas and crude oil sales, all Parties involved in crude oil sales and marketing implement the agreed contract and reduce/minimize dispute of sale-contract implementation;

• Manage the long term Gas & Oil Commercial team in the structuring of budget/expenditure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or related discipline, including technical science and engineering. Tertiary degree in any major is preferred.

• A minimum of 15 years’ work experiences.

12.  Senior Specialist Marketing

JOB ROLES

• Conduct pricing model analysis based on oil & gas supply and demand, oil & gas consumption level, fluctuation of oil & gas price, economic, business, industry and politics climate etc.; Develop and recommend strategy for oil & gas bidding process and contractual documentation; in order to ensure all gas and crude oil marketing planning based on comprehensive analysis and comply with the prevailing rules and regulations, Company policy and procedures, and agreement with customer(s);

• Analyze international and domestic gas and crude oil market data and potential customers’ characteristics; Monitor INPEX Indonesia sales and marketing target; Conduct and monitor customers sourcing process and recommend the customers; Prepare and update contract during negotiation of crude oil and gas sales and/or lifting; review and analyze risk management on gas and crude oil sales and marketing process in order to generate gas and crude oil sales opportunities, ensure crude oil sales and marketing achieve the target, and reduce/minimize unpredictable risks on crude oil sales and marketing;

• Review, prepare and recommend gas and crude oil contracts, Review and evaluate sales contract effectiveness, commercial aspects, contract negotiation and administration; Analyze and recommend contract strategies and strategy in handling contract dispute to ensure all parties involved in gas and crude oil sales implement sales contract properly, and developed sales contract protect Company interests and adaptable to changing market conditions;

• Monitor and review gas and crude oil sales contract implementation, in assuring the delivery of crude oil as per sales contract, Analyze and recommend resolving issues related to the delivery, invoicing and/or collection of revenue; in order to ensure optimization of gas and crude oil sales, all Parties involved in crude oil sales and marketing implement the agreed contract and reduce/minimize dispute of sales-contract implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or related discipline, including technical science and engineering.

• A minimum of 10 years’ work experiences.

13.  Manager Gas & Oil Planning

JOB ROLES

• Develop strategy and plan for operations planning and supply chain optimization; Control and monitor implementation of sales contracts and transport schedule to ensure gas and crude oil operation and supply chain optimization is properly handled effectively and efficiently;

• Manage and evaluate current domestic and international gas & oil market condition consisting of gas and crude oil supply and demand, fluctuation of gas and crude oil price standards determined by international body, economic, business, industry and politics climate as well as their impact to gas and crude oil sales and marketing;

• Lead team to identify any issues, updates and maintain integrated operations planning, lifting/shipping programming and detailed schedule; Lead team to develop planning task, duration, logic and proactively engages with related departments in order to resolve any issues in operations planning, lifting/shipping programming and schedule;

• Plan and direct gas and crude oil (including LNG/ Gas/ Condensate) sales and transportation contract development process and implementation; Advise and recommend related to contract regarding to the delivery, invoicing and/or collection of revenue; Monitor and review sales and transportation contract implementation; Lead and manage team to reduce/minimize dispute of contract implementation in order to ensure optimization of sales and transportation contract;

• Manage the Gas & Oil Planning / Transportation team in structuring budget/expenditure and providing long term strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Engineering/ Technical Science, Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or any related disciplines. Tertiary degree in any major is preferred.

• A minimum of 15 years work experiences.

14.  Administrative Assistant

JOB ROLES

• Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.

• Administer overall record management, maintain confidential records and files, maintain records of decisions, arrange for payment (as in authority), research and assist preparation of motions, policies, procedures, etc.

• Administer overall division and departmental’s meetings, conduct coordination, schedule and act as liaison officer for departmental events and forums.

• Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal and/ or external communication for appointed Division.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in any discipline. Secretary graduates is preferable

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software

• Good English Proficiency

• Familiar with clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

• Have knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

15.  Senior Specialist Office Service

JOB ROLES

• Ensure Jakarta Office facilities and services effectiveness and efficiency, which include mailing services, office housekeeping, supplies and stationery availabilities, to ensure provided office facilities and services meet Company policy and procedures;

• Control and monitor office facilities/building-related services such as parking, electricity, water, AC, etc.; review and verify their costs and quality standards of services; in order to ensure proper utilities billing for the facilities and services utilization;

• Control and monitor appropriate office facilities/appliances availability and quality including their completeness in every room; coordinate related maintenance for all facilities and appliances; in order to ensure all office facilities are in good conditions in line with their appliance quality standards;

• Monitor the Third Party cleaning services in Jakarta Office (Office Boys) and evaluate their performances to ensure the Third Party services meet the agreed service level agreement;

• Monitor, and provide required facilities services in Company events, in order to ensure good preparation and support smoothness of the events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.

• A minimum of 10 years experiences and having experiences in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.

16.  Lead People Development

JOB ROLES

• Monitor Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; coordinate the team to review current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; coordinate the team to develop and propose people development plan and program; in order to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with Company strategic plan and target;

• Coordinate, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; coordinate to screen employees according to the criteria; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan;

• Lead the team to prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; evaluate people development program effectiveness and the program impact to such employees; in order to ensure people development programs match to the need of Company succession planning;

• Coordinate competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party, monitor assessment method implemented in the assessment process and review the assessment result; coordinate and monitor in updating employee competency database; in order to ensure competency assessment process meet Company quality standards and competency assessment result of determined employee is valid and update as a base of development program implementation or in fulfilling Management/Company plan;

• Coordinate and monitor to develop and propose format and system of knowledge management, monitor and evaluate knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; coordinate and monitor to develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards;

• Coordinate to provide explanation of employee education support and other policy related to people development and procedures to such employee, to ensure education support policy and procedures are implemented properly and well-informed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• A minimum of 13 years experiences with minimum of 3 years experiences in oil & gas industry.

17.  Senior Engineer Pipeline

JOB ROLES

• Monitor and review the Pipeline Engineering and Design schedules in line with the established project policies and procedures; Assist and support  detailed engineering and construction phases of a project (development of scope definition, establishment of pipeline classifications, defining pipeline-related deliverables) with  special attention should be given to shore crossing, earthquake prone pipeline route, deep water across Tanimbar trough and offshore facilities installation to be optimized in order to ensure pipeline engineering plan and activities align with overall Abadi project with pay attention on HSSE matters and project progress achieved;

• Conduct and review the Pipeline Engineering activities on Abadi projects; Identify, analyze and recommend resource requirements; Conduct, review and prepare Pipeline Engineering technical evaluation on project progress and performance; Prepare and recommend solution on problems related to Piping Engineering, assistance or matters that may affect quality, deadlines or costs to ensure safe, effective and successful implementation of piping Preparation of Deliverable list & Schedule, Man-hour estimate and Progress report;

• Assist and support tender process by recommend technical advice and review for Pipeline Engineering;  Conduct  and prepare report on tender document and tender process analysis process; Conduct technical bid evaluation and Contractors performance standard; Coordinate and review Contractors and Vendors works on completion of Pipeline engineering activities to ensure Pipeline Engineering implementation align with project schedule and the awarded contractor can carry out the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions during project;

• Create and prepare 2D drawings such as Equipment layout, piping layout, general arrangement drawings, piping isometrics; Provide expertise for  related department regarding Pipeline Engineering plan and other drawings in accordance project specification;  Conduct and provide expertise on development of 3D modelling activities of skid packages; Prepare 3D Model for review process; Manages the execution of the design deliverables by Contractors against the project budget and schedule Involve in regular meeting, factory visit and field visit to ensures that all pipelines and associated facilities are designed in accordance with all regulations, applicable industry codes and corporate specifications and standards.  Coordinate with Project Engineering Manager on GIC interpretation and the FEED development;

• Monitor change occurrence in Pipeline Engineering , implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; Monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure interface management of each arisen change in Pipeline is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost;

• Analyze and review Pipeline Engineering and other related technology/ project best practices, technology, guidelines, project charter on similar project; Reviews lessons learned from past projects and incorporates recommendations into future design; Compile report on pipeline engineering study and research; Establish recommendation on Pipeline engineering based on study and research in order to ensure the best practices and technology in line with company requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Deepwater subsea pipeline engineering experiences are required.

18.  Senior Process / Utilities Engineer (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Guide and monitor Contractor, resolving problems related to the production of Process Engineering deliverables for the Abadi FPSO FEED including: offshore facilities  process/utilities plan based on determined offshore production system, deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other analysis as a strategic proposal to be considered as part of offshore production system in developing Masela block;

• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Offshore facilities  process/utilities including interface and integration, process/utilities engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Offshore facilities  process/utilities project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Offshore facilities  process/utilities engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors;  in order to ensure developed Offshore facilities  process/utilities meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;

• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Offshore facilities  process/utilities including Offshore facilities  process/utilities engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Offshore facilities  process/utilities design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in process engineering within hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. Offshore facilities project exposure is preferred.

19.  Senior Process / Utilities Engineer (OLNG)

     JOB ROLES

• Implement and review process utilities concept based on INPEX Indonesia values, engineering philosophy, available resources, methodologies, and approach with considering process integration and engineering best practices; Provide expertise and recommendation on process utilities engineering and process integrity concept and strategy to ensure process utilities engineering and integration align with Onshore LNG project plan and maximize efficiency;

• Conduct and coordinate utilities risk assessment for OLNG; Evaluate, define and recommend tolerable process risk according to authorities, engineering best practices and/or expert advice that appointed by INPEX Indonesia; Monitor and assess early identification activities related to process integration in each project phases to ensure process risk justification of any utility’s integration change/deviation meet engineering principles and advanced technology;

• Monitor, review and establish report on utilities stability and technical assurance based on indicators for review and analyze process stability; Analyze and evaluate technical assurance implementation to ensure stable and smooth utilities activities OLNG project;

• Review and provide advice to resolve technical challenges during process and utilities integration and monitor its implementation to ensure process/utilities engineering and integration process according to project plan and target;

• Close coordination with Senior Process Engineer, OLNG team and related departments to conduct specific studies and research previous, during and after OLNG project related to utilities integration; Maintain documentation for studies, research and process (new and/or improved) to ensure availability of updated and documented process that support INPEX Indonesia project;

• Review, analyze and report any change occurrence in OLNG process integration; Implement and monitor MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; Coordinate and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure any changes arisen in OLNG process integration is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost.

QUALIFICATIONS                                        

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Minimum of 4 Years LNG plant engineering design and support experience are required.

20.  Senior Engineer System Engineering

JOB ROLES

• Responsible for the overall Systems Engineering. Contribute and assure the basis of design, functional design and execution specification and multiple FEED deliverables. Responsible for ensuring sufficient quality of deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project;

• Provide sufficient depth of analysis of functional requirements and associated impact on an optimized scope. Review and responsible for subsea process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation, subsea connector selection, sparing logic and application of redundancy across the system as well as preservation, storage (wet park) and maintenance decisions. Responsible for leak detection and annulus management requirements and scope solutions analysis;

• Responsible for Subsurface, Wells, Flow Assurance, FPSO, and Export Pipeline. Analyze Subsurface and Flow Assurance advancements technically during FEED with attention to change management. Perform as an active leader in SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry including Project Delivery with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Subsea Engineering. Experience in Subsea Project execution of EPCI and achieving start-up and first production is preferable.
