1. Senior Product Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Melakukan penjualan produk maupun jasa terkait produk  DeltaV / CSI kepada customer baru

• Memberikan informasi dan presentasi mengenai produk baru dan layanan DeltaV/CSI kepada customer

• Menumbuhkan kebutuhan customer akan produk maupun jasa terkait produk DeltaV/CSI

• Melakukan presentasi produk

• Melakukan project pursue dan memastikan customer mengerti value dari product kita

• Menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan principal, customer, dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses penjualan

•  Membuat laporan aktivitas penjualan mingguan, bulanan dan project funnel

Qualification :

• Pendidikan S1 Teknik Fisika, Elektro atau Mesin

• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

• Mempunyai kemampuan untuk presentasi produk

• Mengerti PLC, DCS, SIS, dan SCADA systems.

• Pengalaman > 5 tahun di bidang sales system control baik DCS ataupun PLC.

• Mempunyai pengalaman memenangkan sebuah proyek control systems dengan nilai diatas 5 milyar

• Mempunyai jaringan yang luas di Pertamina refinery akan lebih diutamakan.

2. Project Product Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Achieve sales and revenue targets through developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at assigned EPCs to ensure awareness of all potential projects in the pipeline 

• Actively engage across internal sales organisation to ensure project coverage with end users and key decision makers

• Utilise strong account planning skills, establishment of relationships and serving as the technical expert to key stakeholders at EPCs

• Deliver technical presentations to end users or EPCs that highlight the value of Emerson (Isolation ShutOff Valve) products

• Understand customer needs to uncover and add opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions

• Strategically manage the specification and bidding process for projects to ensure that both Pentair and our capable channel partners are well positioned to win the opportunity

Qualification :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience in the valve industry as plus point, Flow Control and/or Instrumentation Industry

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering basis

• Proactive in learning more on the Emerson Isolation valve product portfolio and understanding how to differentiate product offerings competitively

• Prior technical sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or related process industries will be highly advantageous

• Technical knowledge of industrial valves preferred. Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standard will be a plus

• Understand customer needs and able to leverage on both Isolation and Valve automation product portfolio and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value to customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenue

• Good level of industry and application knowledge for the EPCs and end-user markets

3. Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Memiliki basic Electrical & Instrument dan Radio Komunikasi / Basic Knowledge Software

• Memberikan solusi atas masalah teknis dan non teknis yang dihadapi customer

• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer

• Melakukan presentasi teknis kepada customer

• Berkoordinasi dengan Product Application Engineer untuk menyiapkan penawaran

• Berkomunikasi secara intensif dengan principal secara teknis maupun non teknis

Qualification :

• Male

• Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation (Physics/Petroleum/Electrical)

• Good in negotiation

• Good communication skills

• Having min. 1 year experience in sales

• Good command in English

• Discipline & detail

• Having driving license (SIM A)

4. Junior Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Attending sales enquires, provide quotation, and delivery arrangement

• Responsible for growing existing and new customers

• Achieve monthly sales target

• Good follow up responsibility

• Maintain good relationship with customers

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• Good communication skills

• Good command in English

• Discipline & detail

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

5. System Engineer

Job Description :

• Design and develop software for Terminal Automation System and other software system based on demand including integration to other system such as PLC, DCS, OPC, ERP, SAP, etc.

• Develop architecture and design documentation for the software system

• Assist in the development of technical proposal, including site visit, technical reports, etc.

• Execute all project phases including site services

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to deliver diverse and complex projects on time and budget

Qualification :

• Engineering in electrical/control and instrumentation/automation system/IT

• Having min. 2 years experiences in PLC/DCS/automation/programming

• Having experience in terminal automation system, database software, interfacing software to ERP/SAP/OPC and web development is additional advantage

• Having good knowledge in C#, SQL database is a must

• Having good knowledge in DCS, PLC, VB.Net, Java is additional advantage

6. Cost Control

Job Description :

• Memeriksa dokumen yang masuk seperti Material Request dan Surat perintah tugas

• Melakukan identifikasi, terhadap pengajuan dokumen yang diajukan

• Melakukan pencatatan rencana pengeluaran yang sudah terkonfirmasi dan sudah lengkap dokumentasinya (Special Request, dll) ke dalam rencana anggaran (budget)

• Melakukan pencatatan atas pengeluaran Main Sistem Order untuk Sales Order project 500K

• Membuat summary report dari sisi anggaran untuk masing-masing Sales Order

• Membuat Management report setiap bulannya

• Melakukan analisa costing saat project selesai dan memberikan feedback ke tim sales beserta tim project

• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap Cash Flow Project

Qualification :

• S1 Economics/Mathematics/Statistics

• Excellent in microsoft Excel

• Min. 1 year experience in related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Min. 24 years old

• Detail oriented, strong interpersonal & good communication skill

• Able to work under pressure

7. Order Management

Job Description :

• Get order acknowledgement from Emerson AP

• Update delivery status weekly

• Establish good communication with principal on order

• Assist expediting to get the order delivered to customer

• Assist FA to get the payment

Qualification :

• Min. D3 engineering

• Good communication skill

• Microsoft software, autocad will advantage

• Be able to speak English

8. Secretary (Temporary)

Job Description :

• Arranging the schedule and agenda

• Preparing the work material

• Undertaking a variety of administrative and clerical task, such as handling correspondence, arranging appointments, filling, etc.

Qualifications :

• Max. 29 years old

• Min. D3/S1 any major (preferable from Secretarial)

• Min. 1 year experience in related field

• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and be able to work under pressure

• Good in English (oral & written)

9. Temporary Admin Support

Job Description :

• Routing approval

• Archiving data / documents related to request

• Record & update any technical support schedule

• Handling & prepare for any event & ensuring all of activities fit to rundown

• Data entry

• Manage administrative activities

Qualification :

• Min. SMA

• Good filling management

• Able to communicate in English

• Able to operate PC (Ms. Office, Outlook, Internet)

• Good communication, initiative, responsive, & cooperative

• Able to work in a team environment

10. IT Developer

Qualifications :

• Pria / Wanita maks 26 tahun

• SMK pengalaman minimal 1 tahun

• Menguasai konsep pemrograman berbasis web dan berbasis obyek

• Menguasai HTML,  Javascript , Jquery , CSS dan framework

• Memahami konsep RDBMS dan melakukan rekayasa Database (SQL / Mysql)

• Mengerti konsep ERP dan pemrograman Adobe Cold Fussion merupakan nilai tambah

• Mampu mengembangkan modul kustomisasi

• Bisa bekerjama dalam tim maupun individual
