Job Title: Control Room Operator
Purpose:
The Control Room Operator is to operate and maintain processing gas & condensate in the ORF facilities complex in Control Room through established procedures to produce gas & condensate from Onshore/KNH facilities and deliver to East Kalimantan facilities in safe operation, efficiently and within environment and contractual limits.
Control Room Operator also operate, and handling emergency Shut down system, surveillances equipment, utility systems and equipment in safe operations. Control Room Operator also must capture all alarm system include mitigation to be done and manage coordination with field operator & maintenance team to maintain safety, production quality and plant availability.
Control Room Operator (CRO) will communicate with Onshore/KNH Control Room operators & East Kalimantan parties including but not limited to the Badak Control Room, in any changes of production operation parameter and condition in ORF, particularly during emergency situation until the production re-start in safely & timely manner. In addition, CRO will also liaise with Field Operator, Maintenance Team, Site Support team including but not limited to the Security, Housekeepers, Grass cutter, Project Representatives for any operational support required.
Control Room Operator will work closely with Field Operator and ensures that hydrocarbon production moves continuously from the inlet ORF to the tie-in export facilities within operational context and part of all Front-Line Operations Production & Maintenance.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Perform regular routine checks on all equipment and units to ensure they function according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure the efficiency of production facilities.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental protection procedures.
• Manage the startup and shutdown of process facilities to ensure safe operation and compliance with procedures to meet product requirements.
• Plan the work activities of production operators during their shifts.
• Ensure facilities and work areas are in a safe condition for the execution of maintenance and project activities under valid work permits.
• Verify that fire and gas detection systems, emergency systems, and surveillance equipment are functioning properly.
• Operate and maintain production operation parameters (Pressure, Temperature, hydrocarbon quality, etc.), UPS and battery systems, Main generators, and emergency diesel generators with their utility support systems.
• Operate and maintain gas and condensate metering systems and other utility equipment to support production availability and reliability at the ORF.
• Operate and maintain gas and condensate system units, ensuring qualities meet agreed specifications and nominations.
• Monitor production and resolve operational problems by working closely with all relevant teams to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintain data logbooks, gather information, and analyse data from process facilities.
• Utilize experience and knowledge to lead or participate in investigations and the rectification of operational problems.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and report major problems to management.
• Produce comprehensive and accurate shift and crew-change handover notes.
• Ensure that Permit to Work (PTW) activities are carried out according to safety procedures.
• Mentor field operators on DCS operations to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Record bypass and override process parameters as per BIFO procedures.
• Understand multi-disciplinary risk assessments and execute mitigation plans for bypassed or overridden signals; ensure the Central Control Room (CCR) is aware of required emergency actions.
• Minimize production losses by ensuring safe procedures and execution.
• Ensure the production plant, processes, and equipment are working efficiently.
• Perform routine checks of all equipment and units to ensure they function correctly in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain plant log sheets to ensure process parameters are within safe limits and report any abnormalities to the Operation Supervisor.
• Participate actively in shift handover meetings to ensure current conditions are communicated clearly to the entire team.
• Manage and monitor process facilities during pigging activities.
• Record and report equipment abnormalities and problems via SAP Notifications and formal communication protocols to the reporting line (Leader, Supervisor, OIM).

Job Title: Lead Instrument & Automation Technician
Purpose:
The Lead Instrument & Automation Technician is responsible for providing technical advice, support, and troubleshooting to maximize the operations’ efficiency of Eni's facilities. Lead Instrument & Automation Technician activities will be conducted in safe manner with maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, manpower, etc.).
The Lead Instrument & Automation Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair activity of all process instrumentation equipment and process control maintenance of the hydrocarbon process system and all common process and utilities instrumentation equipment at the ORF so that they will respond to automatic or remote controls and perform their function to design specifications.
The Lead Instrument & Automation Technician is responsible for supervising the gathering and accurately recording preventive maintenance, information, initiating work orders, material regulations and equipment failure reports.
The Lead Instrument & Automation Technician should have the ability to write malfunction reports, status reports, provide recommendations that will resolve problems quickly and at minimum expense and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of each Failures, motivate subordinate to work safely, hold / attend and participate in safety meetings, maintain good housekeeping in his workplace.
To manage respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing HSE function in the respective department.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Provide instrumentation automation engineering and maintenance support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Proactively identify and develop ideas for improvements to the Instrumentation and Automation system that can add value to the asset.
• Provide instrumentation and automation system input and support to future field development.
• Engineer and design instrumentation and automation modifications to production, onshore facilities.

Job Title: Lead Mechanical
Purpose:
The Lead Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring that operating parameters for all Mechanical equipment at the Eni’s Jangkrik facilities are operating within design limits and that any abnormalities are communicated and assessed immediately.
The Lead Mechanical Technician is guaranteeing the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of Maintenance activities will conduct in safe manner with maximizing uptime and field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, man power, etc.) and meet daily production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements to deliver highest value to stakeholders without compromise to Safe Operating Principals.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Ensure all relevant Mechanical equipment is fully operational, in service, maintained safely, effectively and in accordance with procedures and equipment design codes and standards.
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements.
• Ensure that all Safety Critical element PM’s are completed with plan.
• Ensure all work is coordinated and aligned with production priorities and within the issued job plan and schedules, including reporting by the scheduler from the CMMS.
• Liaise with Scheduler with regard to the forward planning of spare parts deliverability and in determining min/max stock levels of spare parts and maintenance consumables on the facility.
• Maintain complete and accurate equipment history records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings and support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Conduct and coordinate Mechanical maintenance contractors (if any) inspections and calibrations, function tests and evaluate Mechanical equipment operation and condition to determine remedial action.
• Prepare maintenance activities for flawless execution, ensuring permits, PPE, tools, materials, equipment, work site preparation, and toolbox talks are in place and completed at all times.
• Manage relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of the respective organization (including data recording, correspondence, etc. – based on the function of this position).
• Produce comprehensive and accurate shift and crew change handover notes.
• Ensure that any changes to Mechanical controlled documentation, as a result of MOC (Management of Change) work, are captured and correctly recorded.

Job Title: Metering Technician
Purpose:
The Metering Technician is responsible to ensure that operating parameters for all metering equipment at Eni’s onshore facilities are operating within design limits and that any abnormalities are communicated and assessed immediately. Supervise and coordination routine validation test of Metering System with government (Ditjen MIGAS, SKK MIGAS, and any other relevant functions) to get approval of overall system.
Metering Technician guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all Maintenance activities that will be conducted in safe manner with maximizing uptime and field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, man power, etc). Meet daily production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements to deliver highest value to stakeholders without compromise to safe operating principals.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Provide metering support to operations and maintenance teams to ensure all relevant metering equipment is operational, in service, maintained safely, effectively and in accordance with procedures and equipment design codes and standards.
• Complete the plan and breakdown maintenance to flow metering & associated instrumentation at onshore locations in Eni’s facilities.
• Campaign maintenance on oil/gas Fiscal Metering and Allocation Metering systems.
• Support annual metering system re-certification activities per SKK Migas’s PTK062
• Support safe start up and shutdown of process facilities. Assist operator to ensure safe start up and shutdown of process facilities.
• Liaise with direct superior and operations personnel to ensure all work is co-coordinated and aligned with production priorities and within the job plan & schedules issued include reporting by the Planner from the CMMS. Maintain complete and accurate equipment history records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Liaise with CCRO Operator, Operation Supervisor, Operator Technician and Field Operator to early capture any operation anomalies and abnormality.
• Perform control system daily check and database backup base on planned schedule. Liaise with Planner & Scheduler with regard to the forward planning of spare parts deliverability and in determining minimum/maximum stock levels of spare parts and maintenance consumables on the facility.
• Conduct and coordinate contractor related to metering system & relevant contractors to inspections Control equipment operation and condition to determine remedial action.
• Carry out risk assessments for all high-risk activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
• Prepare metering activities for flawless execution, ensuring permits, PPE, tools, materials, equipment, work site preparation, toolbox talks, are in place and completed at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Operating Policies and Procedures, EHS requirements and initiatives.
• Proactively to identify and develop ideas for improvements to the metering system that can add value to the asset.
• Assist Operation team during custody transfer & report review.
• Provide operations metering engineering input and support to future field development.

• To provide all preliminary data (Trending, event, historian, screen grab, etc.) for each Loss Production report.
• Carry out major services, overhauls and breakdown maintenance on equipment responsible for as well as scheduled planned and corrective maintenance for optimal reliability and performance of equipment.
• Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings and support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Manage relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of the respective organization (including data recording, correspondence, etc. based on function of this position).

• Supervision & site commissioning of newly installed fiscal metering up grade and execute all Managed Fiscal Metering Audits.
• Communicate with the pipeline operators as required to ensure contract obligations were adhered.
• Update calibration procedures and Maintenance Management of Allocation & Fiscal metering.
• Manage EHS function in respective departments and Onshore Emergency Response Team member.
• Manage discipline technicians and vendor personnel.

Support to ensure that pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and start-up operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties.

Required Competencies

- Familiar in international standard for metering system (AGA, ISO,API)
- Hand on Troubleshooting in Metering system, meter prover & relevant field devices with Final control elements, DCS, PLC, and SCADA experiences are mandatory in this position.
- Deep knowledge in Process control system (PCS), OPC, ESD and Foundation Fieldbus is distinct advantage.
- Deep knowledge control of work system in Oil & Gas industries.
- Extensive experiences in Custody Metering System - Oil & Gas, Multiphase Flow Meter (MPFM), flow computer & Gas Chromatograph (GC) with ability to perform online program monitoring as an aid to fault diagnosis is highly desirable.
- Experience Process Control Network (PCN) with Microsoft Windows Client & Servers (networking system) and operating system.
- Knowledge of hazardous areas and hazardous area equipment certification. Experiences in developing procedure related with Automation and Control system.
- Extensive experience with a variety of instrumentation and control equipment and manufacturers of control valves, solenoid valves, instruments analyzer, transmitters, etc.
- Must have the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications specific to instrumentation discipline e.g. P&ID, Loop Diagrams, Junction box and marshalling cabinet schematic diagrams, cable block diagrams, vendor control drawings, etc.
- Good working knowledge of metering system operation and philosophies, including the ability to read and understand Cause & Effect matrices is essential.
- Good working knowledge of pneumatic and electronic field instruments & accessories related to metering system including transmitters, local gauges, meters, solenoid valves etc. The ability to fault diagnose and repair, calibrate and adjust as required is essential.
- Good knowledge of production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry and of installation, repair testing and maintenance of wide range of Multiphase metering system, instrumentation and control systems and Testing.
- Must be familiar with standard operating practice with respect to maintenance activities in an operational Oil & Gas production/processing environment, with specific regard to hazardous area practices and restrictions.
- Extensive experience and exposure to root cause analysis and troubleshooting of operational equipment with state of the art diagnostic techniques.
- Familiar to utilize CMMS / SAP
Non-Technical Competencies:
