We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

Marine & Logistic Superintendent

Purpose:

Marine & Logistic Superintendent is responsible for overall marine Integrity and operational including marine maintenance  and logistic aspect at Jangkrik facilities (JKK – JNE & MKS Complex).  He will manage marine operation in safe manner with maximizing reliability and availability of marine equipment and support with maximize cost efficiency (production downtime, spare parts, man power etc.) Supporting production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements.

Responsible for researching, develop and implementing new procedures to improve daily operations, administering budgets, and preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.

To manage respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department. To coordinate and support to Production and Maintenance discipline  to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all Front Line Marine Maintenance activities.

To support the project activities relevant to the offshore facility development project from pre operation readiness up to commissioning  – Production aspects both onshore and offshore with focus on offshore construction, commissioning, start up, normal operations, shut down, turn around maintenance  and responsible on required logistic issues of new oil/gas production facilities, ensuring that pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and start-up operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective and efficiently manner while meeting the company target and the satisfaction of all parties.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Manage FPU vessel marine operation & maintenance in accordance to local and international regulations, all associated vessels movements to support FPU Operation and Maintenances, logistic supply handling, helicopter handling, and control FPU’s condensate & ballast stability system.

- Ensure all offshore oil and gas Marine & Logistic activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures, legal requirements and the safe packing and handling of cargo to and from offshore locations.

- Champion of supply of spares and stores.

- Management and quality control of the CMMS technical data and Planned Front

- Line Marine Maintenance Routines held within the CMMS planned maintenance and material inventory control modules.

- Report in a timely fashion of Marine & Logistic activities to OIM.

- Using experience and knowledge to lead investigate and rectify operational problems.

- Proactively analyse field data and develop action plans to improve production performance that can add value to the asset through improved reliability and uptime.

- Liaise with control room, OIM, production supervisor and related parties to ensure daily production targets achieved.

- Champion of Marine & Logistic Assessment Program and develop Marine & Logistic Competency Assessment Module to minimize skills and knowledge gap between Marine & Logistic operation team members as required by OPITO

- Produce comprehensive and accurate shift and crew change handover notes.

- Ensure safe marine and logistic both underwater and subsurface support for start-up, normal shutdown and abnormal/ emergency shut down of process facilities.

- Progress all MOC (Management of Change)’s including gaining technical and budgetary approval and interfacing with facility and Project Engineering ensuring that all changes to equipment design, type or functions are controlled by application of applicable company Management of Change procedure.

- One of the key persons to handling vessel emergency situation on board FPU by organizing and managing Emergency Response Team members not limited to People, Plant and Environment.

- Develop Plant Operation Procedures and guidelines for all JKK & JKNE marine & logistic operation facility.

- Ensure that all marine & logistic operation tasks are carried out according to Company’s established policies, procedures and professional standards.

- Support established 2 year spare parts and ensure that material and equipment spare parts are optimized and available to minimize equipment downtime and unavailability.

- Ensure appropriate hazard identification, risk assessments are carried out for all operation activities with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.

- Ensure that all planned and Front Line Marine Maintenance tasks associated with equipment and facilities structure are considered and that all opportunities to minimize downtime of equipment are investigated to deliver maximum value.

- Integral member of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up teams for the Offshore JKK & JKNE Complex.

- Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings and support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Focal point during SIMOP Operations.

- Familiar with Tank entry regulations and maintenance operations within tanks including water Ballast tanks and Hydrocarbon tanks.

- Familiar with Crude oil washing and tank cleaning and tank washing operations on hydrocarbon tanks

- Ensure that marine equipment and systems are correctly set-up and operated in a proper manner within operating limits and procedures.

INTERNAL:

- Project work leaders, Operations HSE, Maintenance team, Operations team, Offshore Supply Base, Logistic Operations, Shore base Ware House, Emergency Response Team, CSU Coordinator (Operation & Marine), Facilities Engineering team and Manager

EXTERNAL:

- Contractor Project Manager, Local authorities, Regional Tier Emergency Response

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education

  Bachelor degree in Class-1 Master Mariner or Marine Engineer STCW78 amendment 2010

- Professional Qualification:

• Extensive experience in oil and gas industry experience preferably within the similar type of FPSO operations environment of which 10 years’ experience in senior marine capacity in Offshore Operations and /or minimum of 10 years’ experience as chief officer on Tankers or similar to FPSO experience.

• Conversant to Offshore Installations (Prevention of Fire, Explosion and Emergency Response) Regulations, 1995 (SI 1995 No. 743) (PFEER) is the principal legislation governing to offshore emergency response

• Conversant to operations and management of Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels – ERRV

• Working knowledge of the ship classification process and the associated statutory survey requirements.

• Well known experienced in practised of offshore load out, transportation installation subsea objects refer to DNV standard

• DNV-OS-H206 Load out, transportation and installation of subsea objects

• DNV-OS-H205 Lifting operations

• DNVGL Guidelines for marine lifting and lowering operations

• Experienced in operating offshore pedestal crane refer to API Recommended Practice 2D, 7th Edition, Operation and Maintenance of Offshore Cranes

• Understand and experienced on requirement of API Spec 2C to establishes general principles for the safe operation and maintenance of Offshore Cranes

• Understand and experienced on managing offshore helideck operation refer to CAP437

• Conversant to API-17A-Recommended-Practice-for-Design-and-Operation-of-Subsea-Prodution-Systems

• Understand requirement of DNVGL-RP-N201 Lifting Appliances used in Subsea Operations

- Training and Certification

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies

- Extensive knowledge of offshore floating production construction and operating systems.

- Extensive experience and exposure to Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting of marine operational equipment with  state of the art diagnostic techniques.

- Experience in maintaining maritime vessel, and offshore supervisory or managerial background is desirable.

- Knowledge of subsea, subsurface system, Custody Metering System, ORF and offshore operations desired.

-  Marine engineering Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experienced.

- Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Troubleshooting Maintenance Operation/Maintenance Advising.

- Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance System Auditing, Maintenance Advising in Project Phase, Reliability/Availability analysis techniques knowledge, Maintenance systems and policies  knowledge.

- Organization Processes: Internal Standard, Feedback development and diffusion, Technical Audit and Design review,  Documentation Management.

- Support and Technologies: Standard ISO, TQM and Quality System, Technical requirement and Standard OCIMF,  ISGOTT, IMO, IMCA and Classification Bureau.

- Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, underwater  diving, subsea, subsurface.

- Capable in terms of the maintenance management of Oil & Gas Platform offshore or Onshore receiving Process Facility.
