1. Corporate Communications Apprentice

Apprentice is a vital role within our organization, you will learn to craft and execute communication strategies to promote our brand message and build positive relationships with our stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between the organization and the public, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

You will learn to:

• Develop and implement communication plans aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

• Manage and maintain various communication channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and internal communication tools.

• Create high-quality content, such as press releases, media pitches, website copy, social media posts, and internal newsletters.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and host authority

• Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries from the media and public in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage media relations activities, including press conferences and media briefings.

• Develop and deliver presentations to various audiences.

• Track and analyse the success of communication campaigns and recommend improvements.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest communication trends and technologies.

• Assist with the development and implementation of crisis communication plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications / DKV / Multimedia or any related major with min. GPA 3.2

• Fluent in English both oral and written

Additional Skills:

• Willingness to learn to manage day-to-day activities.

• The ability to use editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Having a passion for learning, creativity and out of the box ideas is preferred.

 

2. Budget and Reporting Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented G&A and Fixed Assets Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide critical support in a variety of areas, including:

• Processing G&A and fixed asset transactions

• Maintaining general ledger accounts

• Preparing budgets and variance analysis reports

• Supporting executives and departmental personnel on G&A and fixed asset matters

• Ensuring timely submission of all relevant data and reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and consolidate data for processing G&A and Fixed Asset transactions in SAP

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual G&A and fixed asset reports

• Support executives and departmental personnel on G&A and fixed asset matters, such as charge code classification, budget inquiries, and asset tracking

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for G&A and fixed asset management

• Participate in month-end closing processes for G&A and fixed assets

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with min. GPA 3.2

• Experience with general accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 

3. Petroleum Engineering Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a PE Apprentice. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in the exciting field of petroleum engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering background with min. GPA 3.2

• Fluent in English both oral and written

• Proven excellence in analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Familiar with Power BI is a plus point

Job Description

• Production Surveillance – day to day monitoring of all assets production performance

• Projects – PGR preparations, including reserves estimations, production profile, and project economics

 

4. Instrument Engineer Apprentice

The Production Operations Department is seeking a talented and inquisitive individual to join our team as an Instrument Engineer Apprentice. This program offers an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in the dynamic field of instrumentation engineering. You'll play a vital role in supporting our commitment to operational excellence within production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics /Physics Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineering with min. GPA 3.2

• Fluent in English both oral and written

• Basic Understanding in Data Engineering and petrochemical process

• Able to read P&ID

5. Process Engineer Apprentice

We are seeking a sharp and motivated individual to join our Production Operations Department as a Process Engineer Apprentice. This program offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning from industry experts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Physics Engineering with min. GPA 3.2

• Fluent in English both oral and written.

• Basic Understanding in petrochemical process engineering

• Able to read P&ID

• Process Safety Information document review.

• Analysis and develop trending and daily monitoring of the chemical injection.
